The Artesian Restaurant located within the Historic Hotel provides a casual dining experience and charming atmosphere. Our culinary team blends local flavors with global cuisine to create a delightful menu that ranges from seasonal Southwestern favorites to a variety of international dishes.

Signature items and lighter fare plus an extensive selection of local and imported wine and beer are available in the adjacent Wine Bar & Lounge.

Service was great. We LOVE their poblano fries. The buffalo short ribs and accompanying mashed potatoes and veggies were very good. The sauce was a bit too sweet and heavy for me. Dinner prices are reasonable.

I believe they are struggling with staffing. The menu was very abbreviated and quality was not what we had the last time we were there a year ago .

1 of 2 two places to eat at the Ojo Caliente resort. Excellent food and service. Very good and you are pretty much captive. Had the New York Strip, wine, soup, and salad. All very good and tasty. Service was great. It will be remembered.

The food was excellent! Also, very happy that they use their 2 acre farm to grow much of the food they serve. The 5 layer chocolate cake was to die for. Served on a square plate with whipped cream piles in each corner with sliced strawberries and blueberries. Delicious!!

Incredible service and outstanding meal. We were fortunate to have Ivan as our waiter. He was nothing short of awesome. Enjoyed the Blue Corn Muffins as well as both our entrees. Bison Short ribs and their Tamales!

Excellent service, Annie was great. The food was good, the place was lively and had a good selection of wine and beer. Overall a good experience for dining onsite at the spa.

Staff was friendly and service was terrific. The salads from the local garden were so good. I enjoyed the chili relleno with quinoa tamal and my husbands short rib with potatoes was very tender. We also enjoyed the breakfast burrito the next day, it was also very good and huge. Overall I would definitely go back.

Food is ok. For a Spa of the caliber of OJO, and the fact you have one option (unless you are willing to drive) food should be exceptional. There was a time it was exceptional…but no longer. Lunch is pretty good, dinner was ok. I miss the days when it was with a drive just for the food.
