   We had a great time!! Staff were friendly and our room was perfect. We enjoyed the springs and the spa. Can’t wait to go again.

   Somewhat pricey. The food and service were both excellent. Dress was casual. The waitstaff all seemed knowledgeable of the menu.

   My husband and I stayed at the lodge. I ordered the fajitas, kale salad and truffle fries. The truffle fries were crispy and delicious. The kale salad dressing was a bit sour. The fajitas were bland. The food took about half hour to come out for just our salads. My husband got the Caesar salad which was average. He ordered off the bar menu and really liked his meat pizza. Overall it was okay but there aren’t any other restaurants in the area. We will try some other menu items today. Maybe it will be better.

   It was a beautiful visit, the only complaint I have is people talking so loud that I can hear every detail of the conversation. I go to relax and enjoy the quiet time, some people are just inconsiderate.

Like most places we tend to be extremely busy during the holiday season. In the springs area, we do our best to balance the whisper, tranquil, and meditative nature of the springs. Our staff conducts regular “whisper walks” and reminds guests of the policy at check-in. Our Marketing team speaks to this often on social media and our website. We also have prominent signage throughout the springs including the locker wristbands.    Ojo caliente never disappoints… such a relaxing vibe & the energy & service is always amazing. You can feel the history of this place. Not to be cheesy, but it’s an experience like no other. The moniker ‘Land of enchantment’ is truly relevant here

   Would be lovely if one of the non dairy milk options for coffee was unsweetened plain soy. I’d have brought my own if I knew Ojo didn’t have any (I dislike almond milk). I did bring vegan Parmesan to put on the pasta, which I got without the cheeses - and the pasta was delicious, as was the tofu scramble for breakfast. Nice that there are tasty vegan options.

    We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner my family and I we decided to do something different this year and it was amazing. Our waiter Zack made our experience wonderful, thank you!!! The whole staff was great Merry Christmas 🤶
