Odyssey Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar
My girlfriend and I ate at Odyssey for our two year anniversary - everything from the ambience to the service and food was perfect. Abby was a pure professional, and our pasta (Penne Rustica & Carbonara) was moto bene - highly recommend
Best Italian food we’ve had in a long time.
Great ambiance and even better food...Love this place!
Odyssey sicilian restaurant is probably my favorite restaurant in Denver. Not just because I'm a new Yorker, or because I love Italian food...
It is a delicious family restaurant adorned with roses and a beautiful ambiance. The service is always impeccable and the food is delicious. There is both a family vibe and a romantic vibe
Really great service and the lasagna was amazing!
This is some of the best itialian in Denver! A must go!
Consistently excellent food at a reasonable price. Love this place!
The Odyssey Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar. Is by far the Best restaurant that we have been to in the Denver Area since moving here almost 5yrs now. The Food is beyond Delicious. The Service and Ambiance is Wonderful. I would most Definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. If I could give it a 10 Star I would! The Owner of the Restaurant is such an Amazing, Kind & Friendly man!
Excellent food. Large portions. Waiter very attentive with lots of suggestions
A very good experience overall! The atmosphere is authentic Italian, and the food is so delicious!
We arrived early and the hostess was very gracious and offered us early seating by the fireplace. It was like 78 degrees outside and a little too hot for a fire, but they accommodated us and turned off the fire place! :) The service was very good. I had the lobster ravioli. The portion size was good, with 4 raviolis and 4 tiger shrimp, but the ravioli's and the shrimp were drowned in a creamy tomato sauce! It was good, but with so much sauce it did not bring out too much of the lobster flavor. My husband had the veal braciole, which he said was very good. Food is good but not that good for what you pay!
Great atmosphere and food! We will return with guests!
Absolutely ! A must go to! It was a wonderful place.
I got recommended by a friend to try out odyssey, I must say I am extremely happy i did. The food was great, the wine and our waitress was in point with wine knowledge and food recommendations. I will definitely be back!
Amazing dinner ! Amazing service! We had a fabulous time celebrating my husband’s birthday! Highly Recommend it!
We’re regulars at the Odyssey, but we recently went to celebrate a birthday. We got to sit outside and it was beautiful. They were super accommodating of a food allergy and the service and food was amazing as always.
Gary is the best server around, and the wine here is spectacular. Pasta, and sauce is great, but when you charge $6 for chicken, the chicken shouldn't be fatty, or tough. Only critique.
We enjoyed the experience, food was awesome, service, Abby, I believe was super. We sat outside, was a bit noisy, but it was rush hour so it was ok. We will return and recommend to others.
Always delicious food, great service, and nice ambiance.
music was a little too loud and a little too short a loop. Mother's Day crowd packed the place - still efforts were graciously made to accomodate the kind of table we preferred. Service was excellent, happy. Food portions very large. A really positive experience all around - why have we never been here before? Lots of vegetarian choices.
Mother’s Day dinner! It was really hot upstairs and we were all sweating. Gary was superb as our server! Food outstanding.
it's a very authentic and homey Italian restaurant sits in a 120 year old building. The food was creative and excellent! The service was great! Also got to meet the nice and funny owner/chef who is originally from Sicilian, Italy where my husband's grandparents are from as well. From the bread, appetizer, entree, dessert and wine, everything tasted so good and so authentic. My husband ordered Eggplant Parmesan - every bite of it melted in the mouth. The whole night he kept commenting that's how his grandma used to make. I ordered Red Snapper Florentine - it tasted delicious in side out. Serving was huge. Glad we finally found such authentic Italian restaurant in town. Will definitely go back!
Outstanding! Great service, superb Sicilian food, extremely fresh ingrediants, great menu, classic boutique type restaurant. Go!
I love this place. Their food is so delicious and full of flavor. Great wine selection too. And service is always on point!
Loved it. From the time we entered until the time we left, we received exceptional treatment. We were there for my wife’s birthday and our server made her feel special. Everything we ate was delicious.
Amazing food. Beautiful building and setting. I absolutely recommend this restaurant for any occasion.
We loved Odyssey, the food, the owner, the service, it’s a lovely place. But it is way too loud and way too dark. We couldn’t see the menu or our food. And we couldn’t hear each other talk because the music was so loud. We were happy that it was Italian music at least, but it was still way too loud, and unfortunately affected our experience profoundly. Other than that everything was wonderful.
Absolutely the best Italian meal we have had in years. Everything we ordered was prepared to perfection. Cocktails did not disappoint as well as a phenomenal bottle of wine. Combined with the owner and his son stopping by to see how our evening was going made it even more special. Definitely will be returning and trying other dishes soon. Our server Alyssa was outstanding and was always attentive without being overbearing. In a word, Fantastic !
Our meal was delicious. The sword fish was tender with the puttanesca sauce a surprisingly tasteful addition. The salmon in foil was tender and tasty as well—probably one of the best dishes ever. Service was friendly and attention was given to accommodate our every need. Quaint surroundings made for a wonderful dining experience.
Food was great, very noisy. didn' t see much of our server.
Another delightful evening with friends at the Odyssey. Michael & Ignacio and Melissa and Maurio are always most gracious, but so are the other people in the fine staff. The cocktails are delicious too!
Still one of our favorite restaurants. Quality food, wonderful service.
Still one of our favorite restaurants, fine service, excellent food. sorry the salad no longer included so order ala cart.
Still one of our favorite restaurants.
Small and crowded, but once seated the food is great and keeps us coming back. No waiting area, so feels uncomfortable standing around other tables watching people eat their dinner while you wait to be seating, waited about 15 min.
Joined a friend who had been before and I’m in town visiting. We were 45 minutes late because of fluid working conditions and Mike & Travis held our table by the window. The food was excellent(veal and chicken Picatta) and the cannoli as well. Dominic our waiter suggested some fine wines also. It’s a family owner Italian restaurant in a house and romantic will love the dim lighting but very clean. The owner Ignacio pays eagle eye attention to detail and displays an authentic care for his staff and restaurant. Will come here again next time in Denver and as well recommend it to all I meet going to Denver and those that live there that haven’t been from my position engaging hundreds of guests at Loews Miami Beach Hotel.
Absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was cozy yet fun and it was very authentic. We ate on the patio where there were rose petals on the ground which was a unique touch! We had the toasted ravioli which was very good. The wine selection was diverse and the food was out of this world! I had the Fettuccine Carbonara which I am still dreaming of days later. We also had the tiramisu which was delicious! I would highly recommend the Odyssey!
Tacky decor, smells like cleaning solution. Average food and wine. Pushy, up selling waiter. Lobster stuffed mushrooms were not good.
Staff was super accommodating and very helpful with menu and dinner suggestions. Food is always fresh and superb. My guests were totally impressed by the quality. Definitely will be back!!
Unique setting for a restaurant. The waitress was knowledgeable ,friendly, and helpful. The menu had an excellent selection ,and the food appeared on the plate as described in the menu. It was an excellent dining experience, and we hope to return soon.
Food is great, atmosphere is unique, and you can’t beat the value of their Monday night pasta deal. Service can be a little hit or miss, but they are usually busy and the seating is chopped up since it’s in an old mansion - therefore your waiter isn’t consistently in your line of sight, so it’s understandable.
A friend of mine came in from out of town and loves Italian
food. We had a wonderful time interacting with the owner and our server Lindsey was wonderful!
The food was amazing and the bananas foster for dessert was delicious!
Heading back there again Friday night!
