Excellent customer service. Ate there with my family two nights in a row.
Great service. Great food.
We had the best celebration. Celebrating 30th anniversary, 1st anniversary and a birthday. Donna was our server and was truly amazing. Made the evening that much more special. Would totally recommend to everyone and we will definitely be back!
Amazing! Highly recommend this experience.
Wonderful setting with view of water and boats. Very friendly and prompt service. Food was outstanding and fish was fresh and not over cooked.
Incredible view with flavorful entrees and special birthday dessert!
We had dinner here twice. First meal was great. Food came quickly and it was hot and good. 2nd time...took almost 30 minutes and food was lukewarm at the most. My friends chicken, which she had the first time and it was juicy and tender, the 2nd time was dry and chewy. Perhaps they had a problem in the kitchen we don't know but they did take the cost of that dinner off the bill. Food tasted great and I would eat there again. I understand it could have been an off night. It can't be all bad when you are sitting at the edge of the ocean with the breeze and sound of waves breaking on the shore.
Overpriced for the value
The Mahi Mahi was good and the cocktails were good too
The desert was just ordinary nothing over the top
The service was not so great. I felt like I was bothering them every time I asked for something
Great food and fantastic seating by the ocean! Great place for my friends 60th birthday celebration!
We arrived to see lots of open tables but the hostess would not seat us without a reservation. So I made one and we went an hour later to a still non busy restaurant. Meanwhile what the hostess DIDN’T tell us was that the bat is full service and we could have walked right in earlier for dinner. Poor support of the bar by the hostess
Location is on the beach with an absolutely beautiful view. Service was very good, however the food was good but nothing special.
My husband and I had a good dining experience here. The view at sunset was amazing and romantic. The seafood risotto and prime rib steak we ordered were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Our server, Donna, was awesome.
One of our favorite restaurants to visit in Maui. In fact, we dined here a second time while there because everyone liked it so much!
Relish ocean side is a delicious option for your family. They are located right on kaanapali beach and usually have opeen availability.
The lobster chowder was delicious! I didn't feel like eating anything but opted for soup. This was satisfying comfort food.
We were excited for the ambiance at this restaurant, but unfortunately the waterfall and pool we were sat next to were empty...I guess being repaired??? Definitely disappointing, but we still had a lovely view of the ocean. The food options on the menu were excellent, but the wine “list” was pretty much not existent. There were maybe 5-6 bottles to choose from in the entire red section...crazy! If this is supposed to be the fine dining option at The Westin, they definitely need to do some work on the wine menu! Again the food was very good (lobster Mac and cheese for me, blue crab macadamia nut encrusted mani for my husband), but the very best part of the entire experience was our waitress Amira!
Right on the beach/ocean. Top five meals ever food wise. Best place to dine ever atmosphere/view wise. Best overall dining experience my wife and I have ever had. Celebrated our ten year anniversary...
We had a very special dinner on the grass tables next tot he beach. Our service was excellent and the meal delicious. We had the macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi that was awesome. Just a great time.
Great seating on the ocean front. The food was good but was devalued by the service and lack of professionalism and hospitality of what you would expect from a restaurant that occupies premier real estate outside the Westin resort
This place was amazing in every sense. We will definitely be back!
Simply amazing. Amazing food and awesome service.
Birthday celebration for my daughter.
"Lobster chowder" was actually clam chowder -(nothing more) -- no discernible lobster in the chowder.
I don't specifically see clams in the description of this entree.
Was brought to the attention of the server who said clams were supposed to be in this entree.
Do not expect to encounter any lobster meat ---Absolute waste of $14 in my opinion
We went here for Fathers Day as we'd neglected to get reservations early. While this is close to Whalers Villages it's not super noisy which is nice. There were a lot of people taking pictures of the beautiful sunset though. Our waitress was great, she obviously likes her job. The food was tasty so it made for an enjoyable evening. Like everything else in Hawaii, it's expensive but we had a good meal and enjoyed the atmosphere.
Good food. Server gave us wrong check
First meal on our Honeymoon, food was nice with a lovely view of ocean, only downside was waitress took her tip herself from our change rather than us deciding what tip she deserved from the service she provided. On that note I’d suggest paying on card or making them aware you want your change back first
When in Maui this place is simply amazing. The food is exquisite and the service is top notch. The ocean side seating is our 1st preference when weather permits. Make reservations if you plan to go for dinner and see the sunset! 10+ stars!
Beautiful views, great food, good service. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.
This is a lower end facility. Guests are loud bordering on obnoxious. Food and service is compatible with the clientele drawn to this hotel. You have better options elsewhere.
Good food. Very long wait time after we were seated.
Everything was devine from the moment we arrived.
Sunset is the perfect time to watch the view!
We sat for over two hours indulging in cocktails, pork buns for appetisers ( the most delicious sticky sauce), rib eye cooked to perfection followed by the creamiest cheesecake.
It was my partners birthday so the manager came over personally to wish him happy birthday and serve his cake.
We can’t wait to return.
Wait service was terrible. We were upsold on everything and rushed rushed rushed. Our waitress was extremely unfriendly and asked us for our entree order with our drink order...terrible. Food was ok, for very expensive for the quality you receive. Go somewhere else.
Wanted Oceanside seating only to find out that it was not available until we arrived. No manager came to say sorry or offer anything for the inconvenience. Disappointing that our anniversary dinner was not better experience.
Good food with amazing location on beach. Not too pricey for what others in area charge.
The food was ok, nothing too exciting. The view is similar to most ocean side places, but the pool it overlooks is boring ( looks like a shallow swimming pool with no fish or anything) and the torches don't work.
The food was delicious and the service was great as well! We were able to get a table beachside which was just absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this restaurant. Also, make sure to have the Mai Tais which they have on happy hour everyday...so delicious!
Great price performer! Great menu and great service!
While the service was pleasant, the food was subpar to say the least. My husband had the lobster mac and cheese, which was decent. I had the seafood risotto, which was terrible. The texture of the risotto was the equivalent of the 5-minute grocery store rice. The prawns were overcooked, and the piece of fish flopped on top seemed like an afterthought and had no flavor. When we arrived at the restaurant, there were no other patrons there, and I wish I had followed my instincts and cancelled our reservations. I had tried to select someplace special for our anniversary, and it was a total flop.
Food was mediocre. No wine list. Service left something to be desired.
Oceanside provides a lovely view of the Maui sunset. The food was fantastic - the seafood risotto was the best I ever had! Service was friendly and prompt. We all loved Oceanside and look forward to dining there again when we next visit Maui.
