    I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Oceanaire, I must say, it left much to be desired. The service was painfully slow. After being seated, we waited an unusually long time just to have our orders taken. When the food finally arrived, I had high hopes, but they were dashed upon the first bite. The dishes were bland and lacked the creativity and flavor one would expect from a restaurant that prides itself on its culinary offerings. To top it off, the presentation did little to redeem the lackluster flavors. It felt rushed and uninspired, as if the kitchen was just trying to get dishes out rather than aiming for quality.

    We were there to celebrate our anniversary. The food was as good as usual; however, our wait staff was the best we have had at Oceannaire, and maybe any Landry establishment we have visited in the past 20 years. Great job!!!!

    We were really let down on the service and the quality of food. The restaurant wasn’t busy on a Wednesday night, and food came out slow. A couple of the sides game’s out late. Really disappointed eating with clients and spending $850.00…..

    Went there with my girlfriend for our anniversary. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was terrific. The food was exceptional. I’ve never been out with my girlfriend where she didn’t take home leftovers. She ate every last bite because it was so good. Not gonna lie. The restaurant is expensive although worth it. But it definitely is a special occasion restaurant unless you have a hefty expense account.

    Took my husband here for the first time for Father's Day dinner. We were not impressed with the food. We were surprised with some of the cooking choices such as serving kimchi with the chicken pot stickers, but not mentioning it on the menu or the peanuts on the brussel sprouts, also not mentioned. I had the lobster shrimp and scallops acqua pazza, which would have benefitted from more seasoning such as garlic. My husband had the Father's Day special. It was an ok dish but nothing spectacular. The steak sauce served with it clearly was A1 which for the price, he was disappointed in it. The restaurant itself was nice but the food was not impressive especially considering what we spent.
