Excellent experience in all aspects. Oysters were fresh, sweet and succulent. Shrimp were perfectly done, as was the cheeseburger. The fries were crispy. The gins & tonics hit the spot and the Ramey chardonnay was an excellent accompaniment to the food. As always, service professional and friendly and management ensured that everything came together. Very nice whole lobster special for end of summer accompanied by corn on the cob and potatoes and also including a selection of appetizers to choose from for the featured price. There was also a featured bottle of red or white wine for a reasonable price. We shared a large Baked Alaska for dessert. The ambience was pleasant with old-fashioned jazz music playing, and the spacious seating is a welcome change from today's norm of the noisy/packed seating in most restaurants.

Had a last minute party of 12. They handled it with grace and were extremely accommodating. The food was of course fresh, good variety and well done. The seafood towers were amazing. The service was wonderful and the manager came by to see us which was a nice touch. Will definitely return.

The experience was Great the service by our waiter Adam was was Outstanding he was simply the Best and that goes for the entire Staff, the food was Exceptional . My wife and I was celebrating our Anniversary and had a wonderful experience and I give Oceanaire Seafood Room a Ten out of Ten.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at the restaurant and were completely dissatisfied. Service was very slow and the food was mediocre at best. The menu was very enticing but nothing lived up to expectation. No parts of our experience were worth the money.

Oceanaire is one of the top restaurants in Baltimore with a consistently high level of quality. The menu features a wide variety of seafood and steaks, and includes an extensive raw bar plus many creative appetizers. The menu/kitchen are quite flexible, and seafood preparations can be adjusted to taste. We had fresh oysters to start; they were sweet and delicious. We enjoyed lobster for our entrees, accompanied by a bottle of Ramey Hyde Chardonnay which paired perfectly with our food. We were delighted by a expresso martini to wrap up our evening. The service was both friendly and impeccable as was the entire staff.

This was my first time here, and the food and the service were both excellent. Came here for my mom‘s 75th birthday, and they accommodated us and printed a message to her on the menus. She got a baked Alaska flaming dessert at the end, which was really cool. it wasn’t extremely loud, although as it got later in the evening, the restaurant was a little dark, but otherwise, it was really nice.

Ridiculously overpriced. I think that is a Baltimore theme though. One appetizer was delivered to the table 30 minutes after the others and was cold. Food was delicious but overpriced. Manager was apologetic in the appetizer delay which was appreciated. Won’t be back. The Oceanaire in Kissimmee was much better in service, food quality and value and overall experience.

The Oceanaire has a sexy date night vibe with upscale decor. The lighting was dimmed with a blue light to imitate under the sea. I found this lighting to be a bit dark and difficult to see the menu. I had to use my phone’s flashlight. Although we requested a window booth, the seats were low, so we couldn’t see out of the window nor utilize the natural lighting. Our server was very attentive and explained the menu to us thoroughly. He recommended the guava martini and it was a tasty drink. For appetizers, we had the Spanish Charred Octopus that was perfectly grilled. It was laid upon a spicy cream sauce that was a perfect accompaniment. For my entree, I had the Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass with couscous, mango caviar, and garlic cream. It was outstanding. The entree portions are small, compared to the appetizers and sides. Thankfully I also ordered two sides, the crispy Brussels Sprouts and Grilled Asparagus. The sea bass was tender and cooked just right. The Brussels sprouts were just okay. They weren’t really crispy. The asparagus were perfectly grilled. The service here was immaculate. If you want unmatched attention and care, dine here!

All of our meals and starters were very good - we were a large party and had everything from the petite filet to halibut, scallops, grouper, etc. The hostess was welcoming and friendly. Our waiter, however, was a bit odd. He was a bit intense with food recommendations but rather slow with drinks and coffee services. All in all, we had a decent experience. But for the price (and therefore the gratuity) I would have preferred/expected a more polished server.

The waitress was not accommodating when we tried to order a vegan dish for one guest for a party of eight. She was deceiving and kept telling the vegan "no" to any questions that was asked. Fortunately, as always, the Restaurant Manager and General Managers saved the evening, but we had to go talk to the Restaurant Manager privately. This Chef at this restaurant is AWESOME as well as the Restaurant Manager and General Manager. We keep coming back to this place. This restaurant caters to vegans and gluten-free guests! Please visit this restaurant and give them a try. And if you had a bad experience in the past, give them another chance. I've been there at least three times and our experience has been great with the vegan in the group.

Usually a fan of Oceanaire but food was below lack luster. Overcooked lobster and fish dishes. Very disappointing. Unsure if this location only or a systemic concern for the restaurant chain. While the service was fabulous the poor food quality ruined the experience. Let the buyer beware. Maybe get a steak next time and this seafood place.

We waited for our foods over 50 minutes and the food was cold. My fish was overcooked and not seasoning. It was 7 of us and we were not please at all for the $700 bill. I will not be back.
