    Very nice experience. Took a friend for her 90th birthday. She was delighted by the friendly and attentive staff. She said that Ocean Prime was 'the most elegant' restaurant she had ever been to. The little touches like birthday confetti on the table and the generous desserts were the candle on a lovely birthday lunch.

    The food was excellent, as always. However, service was lacking, in that we ordered drinks which we asked to be brought prior to our appetizers so that we could enjoy them with our appetizers. The appetizers came within 5 minutes but it was nearly 40 minutes before our drinks were provided; long after the appetizers were eaten. We asked the busboy to assist us because we had not seen our waiter since we sat down. The drinks were comp’d but that did not compensate for having only water to drink with our appetizers. The time spent with my son who was visiting from Switzerland was wonderful and we enjoyed the meal. This is an excellent restaurant which unfortunately had a distracted waiter on the Monday night we were there.

    This was an Anniversary dinner and our waiter David pulled out all the stops with Rose petals on the table and complimentary champagne. My wife had the Lobster and I had a Filet with both being cooked to perfection. We can’t afford to go there often, but when we do it’s always a great experience.

    I don’t believe a $115 wagyu should ever be charred to point where that’s all you can taste. Never coming back. Great service, bad cooks.
