   Our server was extremely nice, however no one was inside the place was dry. There was no alcohol being served and we were celebrating our anniversary so that was a disappointment. Food took a while with hardly anyone there.

   Valet parking is $20!! Outrageous!! At 7 pm there were only 2 customers in the restaurant and they were vaping with a hookah like crazy. We (3) looked at menu in amazement at the prices and decided to leave and go someplace better. The deep blue decor everywhere is awful. And the music with only 2-5 people there was horrible. We will never go back and not recommend it to anyone.

   Took forever to get drinks and food and we were literally the only people in the restaurant. Which makes sense. Went on a Sunday. The food and drinks were good but the service was terrible. Manager had an attitude when we complained and wasn’t even willing to help.

   Other than the food taking a very long time to come out we had an amazing waiter, the ambiance was great, and everything tasted good!

   Terrible experience. Went for a birthday dinner and had a reservation. Walked in to an empty restaurant (we were literally the only two customers). The hostess seated us, then the server came over to take our drink order. He informed us that the kitchen staff had gone to “run an errand” because something was wrong in the kitchen, but he assured us we could get drinks and they would be ready to prepare food in 15 minutes. We ordered one glass of wine and one cocktail. The drinks came and we sat looking at the menu hoping we would be able to get food shortly. The music was very loud and we could barely hear each other - and remember, the restaurant was empty except for us. We sipped our drinks and no one ever came to check on us. I saw staff members walk out of the kitchen and look in our direction and then walk back into the kitchen. Thirty minutes later I got up and walked over to the hostess to tell her we just wanted to close out and leave. She said, “ Do you want me to get your server?”, to which I replied, “Yes please because I have no idea where he is since we haven’t seen him.” She went back to the kitchen to get him, and he came to our table holding our check. Before handing it to me he said “If you want to stay, the kitchen is fully functional now.” I said “No I think we’re ready to go”, so he handed me the bill. $41! We had one glass of wine and one cocktail total (the bill said we had bread even though there was no food and no working kitchen), and a service charge was included. What service did we get?? Unbelievable. No one apologized for not telling us they couldn’t serve us, and no one apologized for our being ignored. I paid and walked out and they couldn’t have cared less. I will NEVER go back to this sh*t show of a restaurant. Such s disappointment.

   Had a reservation and was excited to visit, however they were shut down completely when we arrived. Not sure if they are still open!

   Ocean 12 was a horrible experience. They didn’t have half of the items on the already small menu. To top it off the valet lost my keys.

   Food was delivered cold and fish was undercooked. Very pretty atmosphere but food was not up to par.

    The food is really good, a bit overpriced in my opinion. The service isn’t good enough to be charging automatic gratuity on your check. I feel because of the guaranteed gratuity the service lacks. For a Saturday night it wasn’t busy at all but we had to almost 10 minutes to be seated for our reservation because the hostess was no where in sight. Asked the bar if we just seat ourselves and they went and found the hostess. Once we were seated several wait staff walked by us and just looked. I guess we weren’t in there section so they never acknowledged us. Our waiter finally came but we didn’t see much of him because he had one other table that I’ll admit was fairly large but he had help from other staff with that party. The live DJ was nice and once we actually got our food and drinks ordered we were fine and didn’t need much assistance. There was a guy walking around taking pics and he asked if we could take ours so we let. At the end of the night he was selling them to the people in the photos but he never came back with ours. We asked about it on our way out and he just shrugged it off stated already shut down his printer and stuff which was messed up because it was my husband’s birthday and we really wanted the photo memory. The restaurant overall has a lot of potential but definitely needs some refresher customer service courses. The food and drinks were truly amazing especially Cajun ribeye, highly recommend. The food definitely did not disappoint but the service is itself is lacking.
