   Delightful, unexpected surprise. Menu seemed pricey so we had avoided Nui, but there are few options at Hilton Waikoloa. Food was delicious, hot and very nice presentation. Especially enjoyed short ribs.

   Nui was decent! It was extremely hard to get to as google maps misplaces it - we parked in Hilton parking lot ( if your local I would say uber if you can) walk on the side all the way down to the restaurant. We made a 815 reservation - they sat us half inside half outside it was dark won lights on our table. Our server Helen was attentive - food came out very quickly. Pricing was normal for the area 40+ plus - coming from the east coast that is insane for Italian but you pay for the area .. we got the Bolognese - carbonara + foccia, it was decent! Portions are large I couldn’t finish mine but my husband ate all of his! It can be a bit noisy - not overly fancy or super romantic due to noise level. If your around the area it’s convient tho hard to get too! Hilton hotel it’s in is to die for tho.

   Staff were very accommodating in having our large group together. They full-filled three requests for Mother’s Day & Birthday desserts. Server recommendations were perfect. Outdoor seating was beautiful! Bartender Mark was awesome also!

   Absolutely excellent the food was perfect. The service by our waiter was absolutely excellent and attentive, and showed a very high level of professionalism that I haven’t seen from Service in a long time. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all.

   Let me say first that our server, Helen, was a rock star! She had our table, maybe one or two more and then a party of 30!! She never ignored us and made certain we got what we needed immediately. Now about the restaurant. We were aware that the prices might be high because they don't allow you to see them in advance! I got a salad and added chicken and it was $41!!!!!! Everything was WAY overpriced. The setting is beautiful and it is located in the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel but we will NEVER go back. A large pizza was $71! It is so hard when we travel to Hawaii to eat out and not pay a fortune. We will seek out local favorites in the future.

   We ordered a half of the Roma pizza, a Neapolitan 4 cheese pizza and the Roasted Cauliflower dish. Everything was delicious and nice selection of wines by the glass. With the option of a 5 oz or 8 oz pour. Good food and friendly staff. Their menu is diverse. Something for everyone. Looking forward to dining here again.

   We had reservations at 515. It was quiet. Food was delicious! Food good size portions. If you time it just right you can watch the sunset

   My wife and I ate at Nui Italian several times during our two week stay at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. It was one of the really enjoyable aspects our stay. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very pleasant (especially near the outdoor court area where we would sit), and the staff was wonderful. The service was excellent, and everyone was so friendly and personable. They made us feel so welcome and appreciated, and by the time we left they almost felt like family.

    Absolutely delicious pizza! Our server was very helpful, personable, and had a good sense of humor. We were seated so we could see the sunset - which was gorgeous! It was a memorable evening!
