NOVA Kitchen & Bar is an experiential dining destination, exploring the five elements—wood, fire, earth, metal and water—to engage and tantalize the five senses of taste, smell, sight, touch and sound. The result? An ethereal and magical experience. Inspired by the transient astronomical event of a moving star, Nova empowers guests to experience the five dimensions of life on earth like they never have before.

We have a strict 10 minute grace period for reservations. At least half of your party must be present to be seated. Parties who are running late should call the restaurant prior to your reservation time to ensure your reservation doesn't get canceled. There are no same day reservations on Friday and Saturdays. Walk-ins are always welcome.

The drinks are great! Overall, the food is good; you can expect good but nothing necessarily stands out. The mushrooms that came with the wagyu filet and the sautéed edamame app were very good. Tomahawk was good as well. It’s definitely more of an upscale ambiance but don’t worry, you can still wear a nice t-shirt and some jeans. Would be back again.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time celebrating her birthday. Our waitress was outstanding, the food was delicious! Definitely recommend celebrating any event here

Dined here for the first time for my wife's birthday celebration. We ordered several dishes to eat family style: pork belly bao (5/5), fried calamari (4/5), broccolini (5/5), salmon skin roll (4/5), OMG honey roll (4/5), Australian wagyu ribeye (5/5), deep fried Brussels sprouts (5/5), and garlic noodle (2/5). We received a 4-piece mochi ice cream (5/5) as a gratis item for my wife's birthday celebration. We will return for future dining. Colin was our very attentive server!

Nova feels like a place trying too hard to impress but missing the mark at every turn. The sashimi was good, but the portions were laughably tiny for the price. The sushi was just okay — nothing memorable. The drinks were easily the worst part. The “fire drink” (can’t even remember the name) was one of the worst I’ve ever had: no alcohol, strange cinnamon dust, and an overall gimmicky presentation that fell flat. The décor was no better. The long hanging ceiling flowers looked pretty at first but were impractical — anyone taller than 5’10” will leave with messed-up hair. The restaurant felt empty, and it’s no surprise. With high prices, mediocre food, and awkward design choices, I don’t see Nova lasting long. A pretty place on Instagram maybe, but that’s about it.

The restaurant was very nice. Service was superb, friendly and prompt. The food was amazing. Our dad praised that all the dishes were delicious, from appetizers to entrees to desserts and drinks. For me, the shrimp tempura and calamari stood out the most. Our family had a very pleasant birthday celebration there. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience, Mary and the staffs at Nova Kitchen and Bar!
