NOVA Kitchen & Bar is an experiential dining destination, exploring the five elements—wood, fire, earth, metal and water—to engage and tantalize the five senses of taste, smell, sight, touch and sound. The result? An ethereal and magical experience. Inspired by the transient astronomical event of a moving star, Nova empowers guests to experience the five dimensions of life on earth like they never have before.

We have a strict 10 minute grace period for reservations. At least half of your party must be present to be seated. Parties who are running late should call the restaurant prior to your reservation time to ensure your reservation doesn't get canceled. There are no same day reservations on Friday and Saturdays. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Great Food and great service. All of the moms in our group were given red roses for Mother's Day and the décor was beautifully done for Mother's day as well.

Terrible! Came and sat waiting for over 20 minutes and server never came to take our order. Instead - twice - servers were trying to deliver and bring us food when we didn’t even order. Then when we finally decided to leave and order take our, the take out order was wrong and missing an item :-(

Nova is a whole vibe. This place has a very modern, welcoming and positive energy. It's a fusion restaurant that has lots of offerings. It has a fun and playful energy and some whimsical takes on food. The service is attentive and responsive. They have multiple kitchens so the food comes out in a timely manner. I see this as a date night spot more than anything else. You could totally bring your family and friends, but really, you should bring your boo or someone special to you. HUGE drink selection with a full bar, but for me the stand out was the sushi. If you are in the OC, go to Nova, put on a dope fit, bring ya girl and let her take all the cute pics she wants, and I think you'll have a great night. That's on mamas!

The food and service was really great. We were there for a dance competition/convention and did not expect that the restaurant next door (Nova) would actually be good. But it WAS! The sushi was fresh. Spicy tuna crispy rice , the hamachi jalapeno and uni was simply amazing. We ate there twice in a row.

It was a Wednesday night 8:00pm celebration for my daughter’s birthday. We had 4 drinks, 3 appetizers, 30 pcs chef choice Shashimi, Wagyu ribeye, 3 kinds of rolls, 3 hot dishes, 2 miso soup, 3 deserts & one coffee to share among 5 and the bill was reasonable 492. We were quite full. Everything was tasty especially the ribeye it was top notch. Our server Ryann was very polite and efficient. I will definitely return and recommend this place.

The restaurant has different elemental themes for each room, which was cool to see. Loved the service and the food was delicious! Definitely coming back for another date night!

Brunch was amazing. We loved the jumbo shrimp and pasta station. They were super nice and made us customized pasta. Sushi was super fresh. Make a reservation early!
