NOVA Kitchen & Bar is an experiential dining destination, exploring the five elements—wood, fire, earth, metal and water—to engage and tantalize the five senses of taste, smell, sight, touch and sound. The result? An ethereal and magical experience. Inspired by the transient astronomical event of a moving star, Nova empowers guests to experience the five dimensions of life on earth like they never have before.

We have a strict 10 minute grace period for reservations. At least half of your party must be present to be seated. Parties who are running late should call the restaurant prior to your reservation time to ensure your reservation doesn't get canceled. There are no same day reservations on Friday and Saturdays. Walk-ins are always welcome.

The food was good, but not excellent. When we ordered, we made clear that we each wanted an individual dish and did not want to share - yet each of our dishes came out sequentially, so we had to wait ~15 minutes for each of us to have what we considered our entrée. The server was pleasant, but the service overall was inattentive. The room is quite dark - hard to read the menu or to enjoy the food presentation.

The whole experience was amazing! Came for my wife’s birthday and gotta say we both were not disappointed. The food was phenomenal, the drinks were exceptional and the service was some of the best I’ve ever had. They made the perfect ending to my wife’s birthday!

Easy to check in and luckily not a crowded night so service was attentive and food was good. Yes it is a splurge on food type of venue but the food was tasty and came out orderly with drinks first and whatever was prepared first whether appetizer or entree came out. We did family style so had a bite of each and definitely nice to eat out and be able to chat and laugh.
