   Found on arrival that our electronic booking was not recorded : A table was found, however, warm sea food was served in the sea food salad - defrosted ? Main courses (one hour after arrival) ; very salty rice with nothing else visible (supposed to be risotto), and chicken which was dried out and turned up at the edges. We couldn’t eat either. Very disappointing. Probably fine though, just for happy hour drinks.

   Amazing venue. Good value on food and drinks, friendly staff. Would definitely go again.

   We went to Norris’s for a pre theatre dinner having walked past it a few times and thought it looked nice. Overall it is a stylish bar/restaurant and the added touch of the live piano playing, though a little too loud, was enjoyable. However the food was a serious let down. The menu is very limited with barely any vegetarian or non-pork options, which was frustrating for some members of our party. We were also told that the risotto we ordered had been used up for a party upstairs only once we had ordered it which seems a shame that the restaurant couldn’t plan ahead to cope with both the party and their regular guests. What was ordered as a replacement was a mushroom pasta dish that was heavily creamy and not very nice. Unfortunately there wasn’t any other vegetarian options. Staff were alright though took a while to bring our bill though we said we had theatre. Also think that without having used tastecard, the food would’ve been overpriced for what everyone agreed was a fairly average meal. More food options not including pork and vegetarian options would Make this place much more appealing.

   The very limited menu had options that weren’t available. There were only 2 out of 5 beers also available. The pizza was over cooked on one side but undercooked on the other. One calzone was raw on the inside. The chicken dish was really small and it was not advised by the staff that it would beneficial to add a side. The salmon starter was basically smoked salmon and rocket with a slice of lemon, definitely not worth the price. The seafood starter came without the octopus. At the end of the meal we had to ask to pay, and took a long time to pay a large amount of money for a less than average meal, considering it was for a special occasion. Always prefer to go to an independent restaurant but left wishing we had gone to a chain.

   Loved the piano music from the live pianist. The menu is limited but adequate.

   Absolutely awful. The restaurant was freezing cold, it took almsot an hour to bring food that was only pizza and salads. No update from staff, would never come here again.

   Very good value in the heart of theatre land. My only suggestion is stick some relish or at least a slice of tomato on the burger....it was a bit dry.

    Posto accogliente, staff gentilissimo ci siamo stati per l'ultimo dell'anno tutto ottimo dal cibo all'atmosfera ..
