Acerca de este restaurante

  • Innovador
  • Bueno para comidas de negocios
  • Ideal para disfrutar cócteles creativos
Playfully named after the well-known tongue twister, the restaurant is a modern and unpretentious take on the seafood bistro, serving up the finest seafood and standout martinis in a striking, design-led monochromatic space.

Taking centre stage are the oysters, shucked to order as is or served with smoked tomato water & horseradish creme fraiche.

The staters feature a range of inventive crudo dishes from the scallops dressed with pickled
raspberry, chilli and basil oil and chalk steam trout with yellow peach and mint aguachile to a savoury maritozzo and caviar, filled with whipped ricotta.

Mains feature playful iterations of classic seafood dishes, including a blue-fin tuna steak paired with
pink peppercorn sauce & treviso and skate wing with pangrattato crumb served with mixed peach
panzanella. A rotation of pastas are also on offer.

Renowned New York and Paris-based Crosby Studios spearheaded the design of the space, located in the historic Norton Folgate development.

Absolute delight. Sleek, modern interior and flawless seafood - the octopus and tuna are to die for. Martinis come in mini pours, so you can explore the full line-up without going overboard or spending a fortune. The Pink Oyster is my firm favourite.

Spent £200 for 2 pax and left hungry. Minimal portions, a tiny toast with « red caviar » which was tasteless for £17. Had one cocktail each, which was good, and a carafe of wine which I still think it wasn’t the correct one. I understand that it only open last week and that the staff is green but I felt really unsatisfied leaving.

Truly EXCELLENT food: fantastic oysters (most perfectly shucked I have ever experienced!), absolutely outstanding and very creative scallop "crudo" with pickled raspberries, superb whole plaice, and delicious rhum baba, and pavlova. Our waiter Chris was brilliant of professionalism as well as warmth and relationality. Possible improvements: music a bit less loud (I know it is called "noisy oyster", but when you cannot hear what your waiter is saying and he cannot hear you, that is a hint that maybe the music is a tad bit too loud?...

We dined at Noisy Oyster during their soft launch weekend and loved the food and the ambience! The menu offers a wide range of options and all dishes we tried were delicious and beautifully presented. We managed to get a table outside and it was a beautiful setting for our meal. The restaurant is located in a refurbished area near Spitalfields Market was so pretty and made us feel like we were on holiday outside of the city! The interior seemed nice and the music selection also good, however when we went inside to use the restrooms, we thought the atmosphere was a bit “cold” and also to get to the restrooms we had to get past some plastic curtains that seemed a bit dirty and covered in fingerprints, leading to the back of house that was a bit messy. Not something that affected our dining experience but probably important for the staff to be mindful of. Staff were polite but there were some small hiccups, like they took quite some time to come get our order, served two of our dishes (starters) to the table behind us and we had to ask for them again a few times and only got them at the end of the meal, and then we had a cocktail added to our bill at the end and had to wait for about 15 minutes for the manager to be available to help rectify this with our waitress. All these are of course teething issues that can surely be ironed out once the restaurant is officially open. We were in no rush and this didn’t bother us too much, overall - we enjoyed our evening and had extremely good food that left us wanting to come back to try more!

The interior feels very sterile, with metal tables and chairs, it feels a little like eating in an industrial kitchen. The toilets remind me of a hospital. As there are no soft furnishings to absorb sound, it’s very loud, with extremely intrusive music, where we couldn’t hear the staff or each other. They kindly moved us outside which was much much better. Staff were generally very accommodating. Oysters and mains were very good, but the red caviar on rye bread starter was so thick with warm slimy butter, we couldn’t eat it. They did take this off the bill.

The service was generally erratic, but that's to be expected with a new opening. Im sure it will develop in time, however there was no direction to staff. After being seated (in a particularly poor position in a half empty restaurant!), we were given a menu each but directed to a drinks QR code. QR Codes for menus are a bug bear of mine and I couldn't understand why they can produce a food menu but not a drinks one...maybe it was opening issues. As for the food, the starter of octopus was rather lacking in octopus and served cold, which was not explained. The monkfish skewer was fairly bland and only elevated from the taste of the onion by a chili sauce. The main of skate was cooked well if it was a little on the small side. The accompanying peach panzanella was fresh (although I am not a lover of fruit in salads so probably did not appreciate it as much as someone who does). The monkfish was the tail piece. Ours was served and was grey and raw nearer the bone and like the skewer had not much taste at all. The fries were average, but the spring cabbage and broad beans side was enjoyable. I was rather dismayed to find out that the house white was not the top Spanish bottle of white on the wine list for £46, but rather the one for £66. This is what happens when you do not have a menu to point at! Whilst there was nothing wrong with the wine it didn't reflect the price and I certainly do not agree with a "House" wine costing well over £50. I tried a mini Martini which was good, but when it came to the bill I felt robbed. It certainly didn't justify the experience I had. Another issue was the toilets. There are two with only one marked. A further door, I opened led to a cleaning cupboard. Inside each there were missing tiles and chipped tiles , which may be some style design but personally I found distinctly unhygienic. It may be something they rectify I certainly hope so. I appreciate that this is a new opening a but I won't be returning or recommending.

Had a great evening at this new seafood restaurant in a new development between Spitalfields and Bishopsgate. There’s a lovely outside terrace and the open doors make it very light. Menu is interesting, good to see some unusual new dishes. The scallop crudo with raspberries and chilli was delicious, as was the red caviar toast. Our least favourite were the monkfish skewers with a strip of lardo. They were covered in a rather hot dried chilli mulch that my friend couldn’t eat and I mostly scraped off. We had pan fried skate wing with peaches, french fries and the most delicious aioli. The champagne, M&G Heucq was outstanding and although few wines by the glass they were well chosen. My friend particularly loved her Peach Oldfashioned. Staff very warm and helpful, great music, not too loud, and the whole evening one we enjoyed.

This is nowhere near being a pearl ! The music level was far too high . It was difficult to talk with the waitress and indeed your companions The service was bad. Having to ask several times for some dishes. The Focaccia when it arrived was burnt and dripping in oil . The worst I’ve ever had The wine was over priced and poor . The food was passable but not great .
