Seleccionamos productos oaxaqueños poco usados en la cocina, para llevarlos a nuevas texturas con técnica moderna.

Jefe de cocina, Rodrigo Amaury, con experiencia en cocinas de Europa, América del Sur, que inspiran a lo que mejor definen a Oaxaca, nuestra casa.

Los platos estrella del restaurante son los tiraditos, ceviches de inspiración Peruana, y el ñoqui hecho con maíz nativo. Hechos con los mejores productos Oaxaqueños. Nombrado en la revista GQ Latinoamérica (Octubre 2021), como uno de los Chefs más prometedores de Oaxaca.

Que comida!!! Las tostadas de pesca, los platanitos y los gnocchis IMPERDIBLES! Una cosa espectacular!!!! Igual sus cocktails de mezcal ! PUFF! Delicioso!!!

So disappointed. This place had been recommended by our tour guide for “comfort food.” Nothing comforting about the experience. Food was greasy, flavorless and uninspired. Service was amateur and clumsy. Windows opened to heavily trafficked street made conversation difficult.

La comida excelente, realmente vale la pena. Lo demás deja mucho que desear. Servicio abajo de estándar. Ambiente sin propuesta, es solo otro más de estilo construcción desnuda. El bar vacío un sábado en la noche. Tienen un gran chef, pero todo lo demás falta.

We spent 5 nights in Oaxaca and we decided to check out NOIS which was few blocks from our Hotel Escondido. The whole design of the restaurant is rustic yet modern. The restaurant was upstair with huge kitchen. Very up to date appliances and clean which is crucial to me, cleanliness. We ordered few dishes on the menu and they were fabulous! And the drinks were delicious! Highly recommend it to everyone!

It’s interesting to see how varied the reviews are! For us, the location was a little loud with tour buses outside, but we found the food and drinks to be outstanding and the service impeccable, perhaps because it was only about half-full. I’d definitely recommend the tasting menu if you’re not too budget-sensitive - it was well-worth it in our opinion, and we were able to immerse ourselves in the dining experience, while just getting one dish might have left us more focused on the outside noises and not fully appreciating the food and drink. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend it! Their version of the Moscow Mule was especially good :)

La propuesta culinaria es interesante sin embargo lo que más destaca es su carta de bebidas. Tomamos vino natural recomendación del mesero y fue un gran descubrimiento.

Unfortunately, food and drinks did not taste well-considered, and instead tasted like the chef took one or two introductory and molecular gastronomy classes.
