    To start off the brunch, we arrived 5 mins early and was told that they were preparing our table and will be available for seating momentarily. 15 mins later, the hostess notified me they were now prepping my table. I felt misinformed. The reservation was for 3 but they put me at a table meant for only 2 which meant 3 of us had to essentially share 2 sides of the table with very limited table space. Next, to discuss the food and dining experience, it was very lackluster for the value and my expectations. There are 2 buffet areas, 1 was for sushi or cold dishes and the other was for hot plates. The sushi side was mediocre. The hot foods had some better food items like the black miso cod and short rib. The macaroni and cheese as well as shrimp and grits were flavorless. The black miso cod was served as a 1 square inch piece of meat initially served on butter lettuce and afterwards were just served on small plates. The hot foods section had consistently long lines and were constantly out of food which elongated the line even longer while people waited. In the line, there is also a very narrow aisle that the staff have to maneuver through while guests are waiting to get food which is very chaotic. I understand wanting to keep the quantity low in order to ensure the quality of the foods but more things could have been done on management side to ensure a better dining experience. Overall, very poor value for my dining experience.

    I love going to Nobu Houston Galleria, every time I visit the city for my work. Seating at the counter is an experience not only for the flavors, but also the art of preparing our food.

    Enjoyed our time at Nobu for brunch. Overall there was a good selection of sushi options available as well as other sides (truffle mac, roasted potatoes, short rib, etc…). The dinner menu is not available during this time. The service is buffet style & the brunch menu cocktails are very reasonably priced ($14-$20). Definitely try the lychee mimosa. I would definitely return here again.

    We went for brunch and the food was decent but I wish there was a little more to the buffet. There were some favorites, but not a ton of options. Unfortunately, felt like the money we spent wasn’t worth what we paid.

    The staff members were extremely courteous and welcoming. We did the catered menu and it got slow at one point, but the floor manager comped us portions of the meal and some free shots! The food was absolutely amazing! 5 stars all day.
