   Shawn and Andy were absolutely amazing! I was so happy when I heard they were opening a nobu on Maui and had to come check it out. It was gorgeous and food was excellent as always

   Food at Nobu is always good! This however was outrageously priced and candidly a shock. There was 5 of us with a drink plus 2 and it cost 1,475.00 without tip. I was in the Vegas Ceasars Nobu recently with 10 people, more drinks and food for less than was it cost here in Maui. My recommendation is to go sit at the bar, have 1 drink and one appetizer and say you ate there. It is not worth the money!!

   Service was fantastic from start to finish. All of the food was outstanding. Drinks were delicious. Views and ambiance were amazing. Highly recommend!

   We had the most wonderful date night. Our server was absolutely fantastic. He gave the best recommendations, and kept up with our silliness. The food all came out exactly as we expected and timely. Our drinks were delicious and the entire experience was perfect! We will definitely be back.

   Pretty much every dish was spectacular. Ordered and loved yellowtail jalapeño, tiradito, crispy rice spicy tuna, wagyu tacos, tuna sushi, yellowtail sushi. Ordered and did not love black cod miso and rock shrimp tempura butter ponzu. Both those dishes were the heartiest portions however

   Overall, food was outstanding. Omakase wasn’t available yet which was disappointing (server said omakase would be available once the restaurant has been open 6 months). Service was very good except the timing between dishes was either timed well or spaced too far out. Our table was inside but next to the open veranda which was extremely windy (but the view was great). So, some aspects still need to be worked on since they’ve only been open a few weeks, but overall, a nice experience.

   The location with the sun setting over the ocean was truly spectacular. Alfresco dining with the sea breeze was quite comfortable. The food was excellent, beautiful, and delicious. Our service was outstanding.  Of course, sushi at an upper end resort, it was quite expensive but worth the splurge.

    They didn’t do anything for my finances birthday. The chicken skewers were undercooked and they just took it off the bill. The truffle ribeye we usually get at our local Nobu was DOUBLE the price as was the side of rice and the drinks were more expensive as well. Basically far from our usual great experience at Nobu in socal.
