Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, is thrilled to partner with the globally-celebrated restaurant group, Nobu.

Designed by the renowned architecture and design firm Rockwell Group, Nobu Grand Wailea features over 13,000 square feet of indoor and alfresco dining spaces, complimented by striking murals and panoramic ocean views.

Amazing five star service and the food was delicious! We had a date night and ordered the tasting menu which we very much enjoyed. We Would definitely come back again.

It was a good experience. The dishes that are special to Nobu are worth the astronomical prices. The regular sushi is not. The waiter struggled a bit to get the orders right and missed 1 order, brought 1 incorrect drink and one thing never showed up. When seated we waited a long time to receive or menus or for the waiter to even show up.

Incredible meal. Black Cod was amazing. Wagyu Tacos unbelievable! Wagyu Dumplings FANTASTIC. Rock Shrimp Tempura soooo good. We also tried Vegetable and California rolls which were also very good! Everything we had all evening was great! View from outside looking down to the beach made the evening. Had a great evening!

Pretty amazing from beginning to end. Food was pretty unbelievable. I would encouraging getting cold and hot plates more than sushi. The sushi was nothing spectacular. Desert was amazing. Service was impeccable. Including a bottle of wine it was a $700 meal great for a 20th anniversary.

It was an amazing and delicious experience. Our server was wonderful at guiding us through the ordering process, and all of the food she recommended was amazing. It was a very pricey dining experience, but it was definitely an experience to remember.

Food def not worth the hype. 2 orders Miso tasted completely different neither very good. Jalapeno Tuna was good. Wagyu dumplings ok. Sushi sub par. Prawn shrimp no different than any dynamite shrimp at any other restaurant.

Let me begin by saying, we are BIG sushi lovers and eat a lot of it. Our first experience at Nobu was Scottsdale, AZ and for what you got, it seemed very over priced and the quality was less than par. We really didn’t understand the hype, but we were willing to give it another try while we were in Maui. After this experience, we have decided that Nobu will not be on our list of favorite dining destinations. Very, very disappointing. On both occasions we’ve had to go back to our room and order room service to cap off the dining experience. Not the way we wanted to end our Maui trip. We packed in so many fine dining experiences during this trip and we were hopeful our first impression would be shattered with redemption…Not the case.
