Recognized with MICHELIN distinction, NINE-TEN’s globally-inspired, locally-sourced cuisine features the best of the harvest from local artisans where products are selected daily for the restaurant’s seasonal menus. Dine indoors or al fresco on our sidewalk patio or back terrace with peek views of the Pacific Ocean. Heaters are available during cooler weather. Private dining rooms are also available for groups of 8 or more. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday, 7 am to 11 am. Brunch is served Saturday & Sunday, 7 am to 2 pm. and features $6 mimosas and $8 Bloody Marys. Lunch is served Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 2 pm.     Prims Ribeye one of best cuts of steak we've had in US. Was on par with wagyu, cooked perfectly, literally melted in your mouth. Cacio e pepe was outstanding as well! Did not disappoint one bit!

    As someone who has experienced numerous tasting menus over the years, I’ve come to appreciate the artistry, balance, and surprise that make such meals memorable. Unfortunately, Nine-Ten delivered none of these elements. This was, without exaggeration, the most underwhelming tasting menu I’ve encountered. At $130 per person, I expected thoughtful ingredient selection, layered flavors, and culinary creativity. Instead, we were served dishes that felt unfinished and lacking in technique. One course consisted of a few cherry tomatoes with no discernible seasoning or preparation to elevate them. Another low point was a dessert composed of a single slice of brie with a broken emulsification as sauce—an odd and unsatisfying ending to an already sparse meal. Across six courses, the portions were insubstantial, and nearly every plate was carb-free, leaving our entire table hungry. More critically, none of the sauces or dressings had any depth or balance; the flavors were simply off. We voiced our concerns to our server, who brought over the manager. Rather than offer any resolution or even empathy, she informed us there was nothing she could do—then stood silently at the table, creating an awkward and uncomfortable moment that summed up the experience. Nine-Ten will certainly be remembered—but unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons.

    Overall, we had a great experience at Nine Ten! The food is very tasty and the service is great! The restaurant was really thoughtful for providing us a complimentary dessert to celebrate our special occasion! One small note is that for the squash salad that we ordered, it felt a bit on the light side with a few pieces of the squash, not a great value compared to the other dishes we ordered.

    I’ve been a fan of Nine Ten for years. We had a lovely experience. Our server was terrific. We do feel that lunch menu is too limited. I got the pork belly which was previously on the Starter menu but now on entree menu. Honestly, it belongs on the Starter menu. That did not satisfy as a lunch item. It was yummy but too small. My guests had Reuben’s and they enjoyed that. While they had full sandwiches with salad and/or fries, I had a small pork belly plate. Would not order that again. But dessert came to the rescue! And both were delicious. Restaurant prices have skyrocketed and we all know that. It’s unfortunate. 3 menu items, a latte, coffee, a dessert and a birthday dessert… $92.00 or so. Included in that is great service and quality food. Always.

    We had a great evening at Nine-Ten. The visit was for our anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. The contemporary dining area offers a nice ambiance; along with the great presentation from Chef Knibb. Christopher provided excellent service that definitely added to our dining experience. The menu is well sorted and the dessert menu offers a great finishing touch.

    The pasta appitizer is the best. We all order the halibut and everyone loved it. It come with delicious fennel and vegetables. Can’t wait to go back.
