We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins for A la carte / Petite Tasting($50～)

**Our Kai tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe Waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

We offer a seasonal tasting menu that highlights ingredients from our island, showcasing its history. We also have a vegan tasting menu for guests with plant-based diets. Our Regular tasting menu includes 6 courses for $120, while the Plant-Based menu has the same number of courses for $100. We can accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets. However, we are unable to cater to Vegan Gluten-Free diets. If you are a meat-eater with a gluten-free diet, please inform us when making a reservation 48 hours in advance. If you plan to bring children for the tasting menu, please let us know if they will be having the course menu as we do not serve a kids menu.

Best high end vegan food. They do offer non-vegan as well. The tasting menu is superb. They even have great mocktails. I highly recommend it.

An amazing dining experience in all respects. Lohi as our server, stepping out of bar role, was the perfect delivery system for incredible tasting menu with pairing in an exquisite surrounding. Will be back for more!

IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR PRECIOUS FAMILY, FRIENDS, OR LOVER TO BE KILLED, THIS IS A RESTAURANT YOU SHOULD NEVER GO TO. This is the worst restaurant that completely ruins the image of Japanese. It should go out of business immediately. I guarantee it's much cheaper and tastier to buy some sashimi at Safeway and pour soy sauce over it. If anyone I know is planning to go to this restaurant, I've decided to stop them even if it means stabbing each other. Just coming here will pollute all of your beautiful memories of Hawaii like the dark oil leaking from the Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. I told the restaurant about the foods I don't like and asked them to let me know if they couldn't avoid serving them. Of course, they replied that they could. But then a dish containing that ingredient was brought out right in front of me. They deliberately mixed the ingredient in right in front of me. And if I hadn't known that the dish contained foods I don't like, I would have eaten it without knowing anything about it. "I can't eat this ingredient, so I asked them to exclude it from the menu, but what's going on?" I asked the Japanese woman in front of me, and she gave me advice along the lines of, "I see. Then why don't you just avoid that ingredient?" I've been to many restaurants run by Japanese people in other countries, but this restaurant is by far the worst in every way. Conversely, this might be the perfect place to assassinate someone with allergies. I also have a full recording of my interactions at this restaurant, as well as an email from the person in charge—both utterly outrageous. But for the sake of their dignity, I’ll refrain from revealing the details. That said, there is one thing that must absolutely be pointed out is, Everyone at this restaurant should be thankful to God that I was generous enough to not have killed any of their employees. It was a restaurant of such a level that they wouldn't have been able to complain if they had been killed by me.

Best creative vegan tasting menu. All the courses in the tasting were not predictable and super creative. The blend of veggies which I never thought of. The cutleries and utensils were so unique. Our attender was very friendly and welcoming. He made our day and it was worth visiting. Also, they surprised with the dessert as we were celebrating a birthday. It was quite expensive but you won’t be disappointed at all. Overall it was great experience. Highly recommend the place specifically the tasting menu for special occasions.

We did the tasting experience and it was by far one of the best ones we have had on island. The chef and staff are so attentive and everything was delicious.

Was seeking a vegan friendly location for my companion and this place did not disappoint. Went with a la carte selections upstairs at bar. Big island beef and gnocchi were extremely tasty. Service was superb and the bar seating ended up being perfect for date night. Will be back again soon!

We had an incredible date night. Sitting at the Chef's Table elevated the dining experience, seeing the masters at work was an art form. Every little detail was carefully crafted and their attention to details were reflected in every delicious bite 🤌🏼. This is my second time and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience.

Beautiful experience! We went at 5:30 and had a lovely dining experience! Each dish was exquisite! Though once the sun went down, the bugs outdoors was unbearable. Although this has nothing to do with how delicious and wonderful the overall resturant experience is, I’d highly suggest indoors for next time.
