Ok This is such a great place especially for family gatherings ! Food was very good and prepared well. Fresh and fairly priced considering other restaurants in the area. Staff was excellent and on it! I totally recommend Naples, it is our go to when visiting the area. Every single staff member was above average as well as the delicous food. Love it!

Reservations really help because it’s a busy location. Had a great table upstairs with a view of Downtown Disney. Services was quick, friendly and efficient. Meal was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent dining experience for dinner for 6 of us. However, food is pricey. Small pizza is $24 and large pizza is $40.

The service was awesome! Loved the customer service from Israel and Juan was also very kind. The hostess needs a little work …her people skills weren’t that great in my opinion or the person that walked us over to our table we didn’t get much out of her but the walk. The pizza was great! I enjoyed it. Although the Chicken penne pasta lacked flavor and reminded me of a tv dinner I would never order that again it was tasteless :( don’t order that if you visit this place.

Naples never disappoints and is always a top-notch experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The manager went above and beyond to move us to our favorite two-top by the tree, which made the evening feel extra special. Our server, Adolfo, was outstanding! He was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. He anticipated our needs without being intrusive. The food was phenomenal as always! Naples continues to be one of our favorite Downtown Disney go-to spots for both the exceptional food and consistently excellent service.

Dreadful experience. The food was mediocre and way overpriced, the noise was very loud, and the restaurant was hot. We paid $110.00 for a salad with a few pieces of chicken a pasta dish with 6 small raviolis, and 2 beers.
