   Excellent service from Israel and team, food was delicious, prices were appropriate. Really enjoyed our team-building dinner. Check-in process is a bit chaotic. Perhaps bigger signs to show where walk-in’s line up, where reservations check in, and a designated place to move people who have checked in but are waiting for the rest of the party to arrive. I had checked in and moved back out in front of Napolini but when I made my way back to the hostess to let them know the whole party has arrived, other guests were really passive aggressive, wouldn’t move for me, or they moved and made snarky comments about needing to know how to wait in line.

   The salmon and pizza were delicious. The service provided by Frankie was outstanding. Please congratulate him for having a great personality and for being very efficient.

   This was our first time eating at Naples and most likely our last. While Daniel our server was excellent the rest of the experience was not. We ordered fried mozzarella and focaccia as appetizers and a traditional Margherita pizza to share as our meal. First thing was everything came out at one time so we were not able to enjoy each dish on its own. The mozzarella sticks were lukewarm warm and tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. The focaccia was actually warmer than the mozzarella sticks. The Pizza was cold and bland. The cheese was hard and rubbery and the sauce felt as if it was just poured from the can onto cold precooked pizza dough. Based on our experience I cannot recommend eating here.

   The food was excellent....but we were sat near a refrigerator. Then our waiter was not the best. Ignored us for long periods....then we asked for salt and pepper...when it never arrived we flagged him down and asked again. His response was. "Oh I took it to the wrong table!!" Needless to say ...not the best experience!

   You couldn’t have a better restaurant right outside the gates of Disney and California Adventure after a long day with your family. The service was fantastic and the rate that the kitchen sent the food out was very impressive. 5 star in every way.

    Staff is very friendly. They’re just very busy as you can imagine this restaurant in downtown Disney is very busy. Definitely recommend reservations.
