We are exited to introduce you to the exciting world of Nikkei cuisine. Nikkei is the Peruvian word `for Japanese. Nikkei cuisine is a blend of the two cultures and their traditions fused together giving you some of the world'd most exciting flavours. To put simply, Peruvian ingredients with Japanese techniques.

We are proud to say, we are the UK's first Peruvian Izakaya. Our menu is designed fore sharing so you get to try a range of dishes throughout your meal, not only it is the more enjoyable way of eating but also, very social.
Sit back in our spacious booths, relax and grab yourself a glass of wine or a classic pisco sour and let out team provide you with friendly service and exciting food.

We walked a long way (thinking no worries as yummy food is on the end) to find out the restaurant is closed. Despite booking weeks before so they could have had the courtesy to call their bookings to inform us of their closing! Surprised you can still book on open table as I emailed them about this last week. DONT BOOK! Place is shut

Overall a very good experience. They seems a bit short of staff but still they made a really good effort to make sure guests will have a great dinner. Definitely a place to recommend if you fancy something different!

We had a dinner at around 6pm but every light was turned up and the whole restaurant was so bright. I was there another time many months ago and the ambience was perfect back then, now it wasn’t. Tho everything else is great. I love the food here.

A very tasty lunch. All dishes had wonderful fresh flavours, were well presented and enjoyable. Service was friendly and professional. A bit pricey considering we did not have alcohol £50 /head is a special treat not an every week proposition.

Rarely do I leave reviews however, I felt insulted and compelled to share my experience. I arrive to the restaurant at 19:15 and the waitress took our order 5 mins later. Eaten here before we ordered our cold dishes first and held back the menu for the hot food as the last time we ate here all the food came out at the same time and there was no room on the table! We orders some sashimi which arrived 5-10 mins later. After eating the sashimi we waited for the “Tokyo Lights”. And waited…………. After repeating asking the waitress she explained that she was going down to the kitchen to find out what’s happening. She done this twice. And we waited. Eventually at 21:00 the dish arrived. Being late to see some friends we decided to not order the hot dishes. I asked for the bill. When it arrived there was no apology for the wait? I asked if the lengthy wait would be discounted and she ran off to ask the “manager”. She came back with a £10 discount? The dish should have been comped I paid but vowing to never return. Customer service in the uk is appalling and if this happened in the US the outcome would have been so different. As a UK citizen I’m embarrassed of you all.
