Jan's pre-birthday treat and it was truly lovely! Ian was a wonderful host and it was delightfully relaxed and, of course, the food was excellent. Anna should be proud of you all.

We had a lovely evening at Myrtle. The staff were very welcoming and the restaurant had a lovely cosy feel to it. The food was delicious. We ate à la carte rather than the tasting menu. Black pudding starter was so tasty. Both is us had the oat crusted cod - delicious. The salt cod cake was also a great addition on the side. I had the cheese plate and my wife the chocolate mousse. I was so pleased that the mousse was a generous portion so I had some too! Will definitely return on our next trip to London.

Food, wine, service excellent. This is of course the most important No investment in the decor really - which would be an easy fix.

Exceptional food with a carefully chosen selection of wines to accompany each dish, the seven course tasting menu was a wonderful experience. An absolute joy from beginning to end. We loved the connections to Ireland and the manner in which Irish ingredients were brought into a menu where traditional Irish foods are made exceptional. In particular, the combination of Blank Canvas wine with Newgrange was a particular highlight. However, it was all wonderful.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Daniel was our host and was a fountain of knowledge about the food ans wine pairing. The beef was my favourite even though it is really hard to pick a favourite. Would highly recommend Myrtle.

Really enjoyed lunch in Myrtle. Lovely intimate feel to the restaurant with friendly attentive service. The food was delicious, enjoyed the ham hock croquette and halibut with oatmeal . The carrigeen chocolate mousse also hit the spot! Definitely worth a try.

Great welcome. Very good service. Likeable team there. Weird vibe / not much atmosphere though. Not helped by the unusual small layout. Food was very good. However the issue is it was significantly overpriced. A pint of Guinness £9! Only three small sized mains options ranging from £42 to £48! Not at all worth it. Tiny overpriced glasses of wine. Overall would never return. Major price resetting needed. Explains why it was not full even with a handful of tables.

Just such a lovely afternoon. Beth was very attentive and had such great knowledge of all the food and wine. We will be back.

We brought several of our staff here and the food and hospitality shown from Anne and Daniel was first class. Wonderful presentation and flavours in a relaxed and intimate environment. Top marks and worth a visit. Great skill on show and a lovely presentation of Irish flavours in London
