   We really enjoyed the food, however the kitchen was very backed up. Although we were seated around 7:30ish, we didn’t receive our entrees until almost 9:30. This isn’t the standard of service I expect from a Michelin starred restaurant and it was disappointing. Our server, Sarah, however; was wonderful. She made great recommendations and provided us with a thorough knowledge of the food we were eating.

   cbs morning show a few months ago had Musaafer review. I knew I'd be in Houston in May - booked anxiously ! The experience was amazing. Stepping out of the elevator into another world decorated in a twisted yet inviting way. The decoration of the entire restaurant kept the eye amused / fulfilled. Then the food came WOW. Flavors mixed with presentation what a great mix. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Bravo.

   Joined for the four hands experience. Everything was great. Loved the baingan bharta cookie especially.

   This Michelin starred restaurant deserves at least 2 stars. The best creative food and wine pairings. The staff are perfection . Would highly recommend to anyone. The decor is over the top India with a dash of seductive lighting. Background music just right. Lots of Resturaunts in houston could pick up a few ques Frm Mussafer. Mithu the owner and her husband have brought their A game to Houston.

   We enjoyed the Four Hands Dining Collaboration with Chef David Skinner from ISHTIA. What a wonderful experience. The food and wine pairings were so creative and just perfect!
