Overrated, overpriced and totally devoid of ambience. Many other options for less money.
The service was so slow. We ate out appetizers and waited 40 min for our main courses. The food is just ok. Definitely not worth 346 for 2 drinks and 3 people.. I was only there for the experience.
Food was very average. The service and staff were great and very attentive. It's a cool place and they've done a good job with sidewalk seating during Covid.
We had a great service and the duck and the beef were really good with great ambience and music. It was great for a Saturday night outing.
$490+ tab Dinner for 4- $100 in drinks
The staff doted all over the surrounding tables. While we had to request more water 3 different times
STILL LEFT AN (UNDESERVING) $100 GRATUITY
Drove over an hour to dine at Mr. Chow’s; It was definitely worth it! The two best dishes were the duck dish with plum sauce and the soup dumplings with the ginger sauce!
We ordered several dishes including the street noodles, Ma Mignon (I love the crunch!), chicken satay and velvet chicken. All were excellent except the velvet chicken which other than the spice didn’t have much flavor. We come to this restaurant often, but tonight felt very rushed. We ordered a bottle of champagne to start, and within 5 minutes of it belting served, they came and took or order. It arrived 5 minutes later. The food wasn’t very warm….all in all we were there about 45 minutes. Not the dining experience we usually enjoy there.
Great food, great drinks and superb service 😃
Amazing service from all the staff. Food was really good but still hard to swallow (pun intended) paying these prices for "Chinese food".
Unique high-end Chinese food experience.
A bit pricey but the manger and servers are very nice
Always great food. Always great service.
Service was terrible. Half of the people in the group didn’t have utensils. It was difficult to get anyone’s attention. Food had no flavor and was cold. Restaurant was too loud!
I really enjoyed the entire place & service but.... felt forced to buy more food than I could eat.
The food was very good.
It is sad that there is Shark fin soup on the menu and overall I would say that it is over priced and average . Not worthy of a special event . Only thing that was great was the service .
This is one of the best there is, period. Food, beverages, and service all 100
Last minute booked for my bday celebration like around 10:45pm. First visit ever. Everything was excellent, from service, the host, the server, & the food was fabulous the flavor just dance on your tongue. 100/100 isn’t even good enough to describe
Perfect service, great food. An LA institution for sure
Mr. Chow is always a favorite when we are in Beverly Hills and they never disappoint. Was happy to see that they are also following all of the COVID safety restrictions. Food was amazing and the service was top notch as always.
Very very disappointing.
The food was below par.
Waited very long for main entrees to come to our table.
Growing up in the restaurant business I know what good food should taste like and the potions were very small for the prices that you pay$$$$$$$$$
We also asked for the check 5 times and had to get up from the table to ask the main hostess for the check.
So many other great options to chose from in Beverly Hills.
Horrible service never got all my food but still charged. Worst ever
Love the food, drinks and atmosphere!
All the way around amazing the food the staff the service thank you
The meals are overpriced
Taste not so good
not the same as the Mr. Chow's we have dined at before.
Waitress was rude after she realized we were not ordering the prix fixed menu.
then the food came rushed and then they tried to take our plates before we were finished. we will not return ..... ever
Nothing beats Mr. Chow when it comes to service or the wonderful Chinese cuisine.
Amazing experience as always. Chows always delivers exceptional service and great ambiance
Like Panda Express but better
Over-priced, with minimum orders of vegetables (even rice) required at $23.
One area of the sidewalk dining is very well done. The area we were seated in was not attractive at all. Everything else was perfect.
I was expecting the food to be betrer
Food quality was disappointment.. compared to the one in London. Service is good though.
Service was definitely lacking. Some food came out cold and delayed between dishes. Chipped glass, wrong drink. I’ve been here before and to many other locations. This time was a disappointment.
Excelente lugar, maravilloso servicio
So overpriced for average chinese food. Past it's prime!
Food crazily overpriced and is very bland no flavor we spend 178.00 just to wish we bought mall Chinese food for 15 dollars a plate DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FIR REGULAR FOOD it’s all too fancy for its own enjoyment and I go to expensive restaurants weekly the place is a building of shame and highway robbery
It was a cool experience, not at all what I expected, definitely not my favorite
