We had a larger party - 8 people. We called in advance to make sure tne patio was dog friendly which they confirmed it was. We had a 730 reservation. Our dog sat very quietly while we ate. Around 830, a table was sat next us - a table for 8 but the party was 3 people and a dog. Our dog immediately reacted to a dog being sat next to us. Meanwhile, there were other open tables. After a few mins of our dog barking on and off, a manager came to our table, let us know people were complaining and presented our bill, which was well over 500. She waited at our table for us to pay and basically said we had to leave. Meanwhile, we were there first and they created the problem by sitting two dogs next to each other. We had a much larger party with adults and children and we were asked to leave. Our dog made not one peep until they made the error of sitting the dogs together. Again, we were there first and our dog made not one sound until another dog was placed right next to us. We will not be returning to this establishment. We weren’t even able to finish our drinks or food. Poor management skill to say the least.

The waitress lost our credit card when checking us out. It took over 15 minutes before she admitted this. She had an “it is what it is” attitude regarding it, which caused us pause.

We love Moxie. We try to go every few months. The bartenders are so nice and they make delicious drinks. I've never got a bad plate of food. A lot of times we come in for the atmosphere and have drinks and appetizers

Moxie's never disappoints! And the new food menu items look delish! I generally always stick with my fav, Shrimp tacos...sooo good! I did try, for the first time the espresso martini! I was pretty worn out from the day and this was the perfect pick me up! The ambiance is perfect for a catch up date with my girlfriends and we had the best waitress...gabby! She was super cute and so welcoming!
