Absolutely incredible experience. From the moment my girlfriend and I arrived, we were treated like royalty. Kevin was our server and he was very knowledgeable on the menu and made us feel confident in all the choices we made from our appetizers all the way to the desert and coffee. I’ve never eaten at a restaurant where my server cleaned the crumbs off our table 4 times while we ate! Also I have to mention that when I asked the gentleman at the front where the restroom was, he walked me clear across the dining room and pointed for me. Anywhere else I’ve ever eaten before it’s a simple, “oh it’s over there” with a finger point. Every employee in the restaurant was focused on the guest experience and it showed. It was that kind of attention to detail that made the night worth it for us. As far as the food and drinks go, the steaks and sides were perfect and the drinks tasted amazing. The team at Morton’s clearly knows how important thr experience is for there guests and it shows.
Food wasn’t hot enough temperature wise.
I love the ambiance food server Duke and Mgr Anthony Mandy
Service was very slow. Had to ask for our waiter a few times. Loud Phone was ringing a lot in the front.
Our server Kevin was great. He had some good suggestions and recommendations. Food was the best I’ve ever had at Morton’s. A most enjoyable evening. Will definitely go back (and soon).
It was very noisy because our booth was in front of the kitchen and there was continuous loud Spanish conversations between cooks and rest of staff
Food was good but not exceptional. Not memorable for sure. While our waiter was nice and knowledgable, things moved way to slow for us. We had a 5:30 reservation and tickets to a show at 7:30. We didn’t get our main course until 7:00 and had to eat quickly and take most of the sides to go. The bread....you better like onions. I usually love bread and butter with dinner but that loaf didn’t do it for me.
Service was good but we had to wait 30-40 minutes for our entrees. Steak was ordered medium rare but came out medium...overdone.
Service was the best part of our experience. It had been awhile since we dined at Morton’s and decided to give it a try when we received a postcard on the steak and lobster special. Cocktails were slow to be delivered And was shocked when I took a sampled the sugar rim took a sip. It was salt! Waiter apologized and brought another one. Lobster bisque and Cesar salad and desserts were great. Steak which was ordered rare plus and medium rare arrived medium rare and medium and the lobster tail was dry and cooked too well with burnt edges. Butter was cold. Waiter checked in early before sampling and because we had waited so long for food and it was a special decided not to complain. We were surprised when check arrived to find the cocktail had not been comped. We made a decision to just take care of our bill and not to return.
Amazing service, fabulous food! Everything was on point and we definitely will be back!
Morton’s extra touches to our birthday celebration made the night that much more special. The steaks were cooked to perfection, nice selection of sides and delicious desserts. Our server, Paige, was friendly and attentive without being over bearing. All in all it was a great night with great friends, food and service. Thank you Paige and the staff at Morton's. We'll be back .
Dinner @ Morton's in Santa Ana is ALWAYS an excellent experience. Our server Chris Hernandez is exceptional, and he always makes sure we receive tip top attention and service.
The service was excellent. Our server was attentive and friendly.
Food and service were wonderful. The manager personally greeted us which was a nice touch.
Our server was great and Josh took good care of us.
Morton’s is our go to for a great evening out!!! Always delivers.
It was a little too noisy sitting next to the bar area, which now is open to the dining area. But the service and food was excellent!
Excellent food and service!
Great dinner! Good timing in bringing out the different courses, great taste and a wonderful celebratory evening.
ur waiter Kevin did a great job. The sommelier, Anthony steered us towards an excellent wine, thank you!
Great service and awesome value on the Lunch special.
Great food and great service, as usual is always a perfect combination. I had a fantastic filet cooked perfectly.
We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation and had to stand at the reception desk until 6 pm. Some tables were available. I think that the receptionists could have seated us when we arrived. My wife and I have dined at Morton’s several times over the years and have enjoyed our visits. On this occasion, we felt rushed, in addition to not getting the table we requested. Our salad arrived before our cocktails. My entree was overcooked.
Service was outstanding and food good.my wife was happy that’s all that matters thank you.
A little bit of a slow start got our drink order wrong twice.
After that the service was great! server was well informed on the menu and wine. Our food was very good with nice portion size. The restaurant could use a facelift.
overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would return
Food was excellent. Kevin was an awesome waiter.
Wonderful service, delicious steaks, fabulous place for a special occasion. They even printed custom menus for my daughter's birthday.
Morton’s always thinks about the little things to maximize the guest experience. Smiles, greetings, engaging in a little conversation - they all go a long way. When seated at a booth, the hosts pull the table out for easy seating. Our server for the night was Omar
Great as always
ALL was perfect!!! Don't change a thing, Morton's is one of the last bastions of good food left in Orange County. No menus based on today's current trendy food ... good old steaks, seafood, etc. Cooked perfectly and tastes to match. Service is excellent and real white table cloth dining.
Excellent service and food.
Food was good. Service was ok. Waiter seemed like he was more interested to serve another table. Basically dropped food on our table without making an effort to clear our used utensils or plates. And after, he forgot to pack our left over steaks and we ended up with just sides. Horrible!
Not the day to write a review . We were soaked with a bottle of champagne from another table. The patrons had brought in the bottle so not really the servers fault. However, it was uncomfortable being wet from my hair to my clothing. We were offered a drink and dessert. They also offered to clean my jacket...just a hassle to go back with receipt.
Our server was great. My dinner was Ok. Seabass , not completely hot enough. Hot Fudge Sundae was amazing...empty sundae below- definitely enjoyed...then home to clean up the champagne bath.
Thank you for accommodating us. We got stuck in traffic and were approximately 20 minutes late on a busy NYE night. I called to advise we were running late and the girl was very nice on the phone and held our reservations. Sometimes, it’s the small things that make the big difference. The ambiance was elegant and the food was very tasty.
Requested a booth in conjunction with my reservation. This request was not honored. Disappointing as I am a frequent diner (Landry’s Presidents club). Many other two or three people parties in booths.
We went early on New Year’s Eve hoping to get out before the rush. The entree’s were not good. The filet was crusty and not tender, the French fries were cold and the chicken was flavorless. Regretting spending so much overpriced dollars on our New Years Eve.
Bailey was wonderful!
Although I much prefer Capital Grill and Mastros, I only eat this Morton’s location since they allow cigar smoking on their back patio. The last three times I’ve been here its consistent mediocre table service at best on the patio. I had to go inside to order drinks and even had to get pepper for my salad. This will be the last time I patronize this location.
