Worst Morton’s we’ve ever been to. Took over 2 hours and our steaks were cold when they finally arrived.

We are Landry’s members. We frequent their chains. Our favorite is Mastro’s. Primarily Mastro’s Ocean Club/Newport Coast. After a long two days at the Disneyland resorts, we decided to end this trip with our close family friends at this Morton’s location in Anaheim to commemorate our good Disney adventure since it’s two miles from the Disneyland parks and probably gets ALOT of Disneyland traffic. We personally had never been here.We know that the restaurants have a quite notable dress code expectation and having just come from the park we were obviously dressed head to toe in Disney garb. Two of us had hats on from the California heat. I was met with total disrespect upon being seated by the hostess instead of a simple gesture of courtesy to remove hats in the dining room. One of our party members kept his hat on due to his hair condition but was asked by the restaurant manager to remove it which he then did. We then saw the same manager asking all the patrons of the restaurant later that evening how they were enjoying dinner on that fine evening, yet we were NEVER acknowledged by him. Mind you, on this fine Monday night there was maybe 6 or 7 tables with patrons. He avoided us like the plague. The moral of the story dear friends, is if you have enough money to spend after a weekend of Disneyland with your key-holder passes + then choose Morton’s of Anaheim, drive a bit further to Mastro’s Ocean Club. I guarantee you that not only will the management staff engage with you, they will also allow t-shirts into the dining room, + on occasion ball caps into the dining room to the Disney patrons. As we have seen this! Plus, the vibe is exquisite. Their key-lime pie is much better and their lemon drop martini’s come with their signature dry ice (plus the extra) and doesn’t fall flat like Morton’s. The live music plays after 6pm and the ambiance is lively and so much better. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. The hostess + manager need to be re-trained. Big Mistake.

We had a great time, the experience was outstanding our server was top notch. This was a great diversion to enhance the fun we were having at Disney. Grateful!

There was a family with young children seated beside us. They were running around, screaming, hitting our chairs. Not the ambience we anticipated for the night. I was disappointed that staff would not address the situation. We were not the only table complaining.

We did not have a great experience dining in with the poor quality of our food considering its luxury. Came here to celebrate our birthday celebration and was so disappointed! We had ordered many items including a 16oz ribeye and 8oz filet mignon both medium rare, but the 8oz filet came out to be completely raw. I BARLEY touched it and was afraid to eat my steak!! I did mention it to my server but “supposedly” the kitchen was already closed and my server even agreed it was undercooked. None of the supervisor or managers came up to our table to talk and address my concerns. There wasn’t any compensation at all for my undercooked, raw filet mignon and I was very disappointed overall with my experience!!
