    I want to preface this with stating our server was great. The poor quality service had nothing to with them directly. We were seated on time, however we were not given menus when we were seated. Finally, 30 minutes later, we were asked if we wanted a drink and that’s when we were able to ask for menus. Nobody approached us for 30 minutes. Additionally, multiple runners had brought food to our table that was not ours, our meals were not cooked as ordered, silverware settings were incomplete, and due to being understaffed the experience dragged on way longer than it should have. Food was pretty good! But the management needs to do a better job of managing- this is not the fault of any individual server.

    very good steaks, very slow in getting food to the table, we had 2 children under 5, asked for mac and cheese to come out asap, it took over an hour, otherwise, it was very crowded, tables very very close to one another, for this price point, my bill was over $1000, I would like more room

    The chopped salad was delicious and plentiful. The side orders were large and very tasty. The meat was excellent and very tender. As always, the service was very courteous and professional. My wife and I have always had an excellent experience dining at Morton's.

    Our server was amazing he went above and beyond to serve us. Our lobster Mac and cheese didn’t look to his liking and he asked to have it re done. The food was delicious I got the filet with mushrooms and spinach. Did not care too much for the crab cakes but the sauce that complimented it was delicious. We also ordered the salmon my son said it was his best salmon yet and he eats a lot of salmon. Definitely would come back

    I felt extremely invisible and under valued. So much for being a VIP. I was shamed when I pointed out the steak was cold. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I was really disappointed and frankly felt truly unimportant. I really don’t know that I’ll come back and I’ve been a VIP for over 20 years

    Always have a great time here, but tonight was exceptional. Our server Enrique was beyond fantastic and first class. The snow A5 Wagyu was like butter! The legendary sundae, we finally had it for the first time, and it was fire! And the seasonal banana’s foster cheesecake was superb. All in all it was well worth it. Anaheim might be my favorite Morton’s!

    The host stand and the personnel they had working when we arrived was unprepared and confused. Poor first impression. The door was backed up and the person taking the names for the reservations was inexperienced. Thank goodness we had a terrific table side service.

    It was great. The food and service were fantastic. I am a little disappointed that I put in the comment that I was celebrating my twins’ birthday and we didn’t get the custom menus or confetti on the table. They look forward to that every year. We even had to wave over the camera lady to take a group shot.

    Is the first time in Morton’s that I received a bad services, is like a tradition with my family that always we come to USA we look for Morton’s restaurant for dinner, but yesterday night was the poor experience ever like nightmare. Waiters we vey bad actitud, the bring food but they do not bring soup spoon and takes around 15 minutes to bring me the spoon, they bring the meat and the same history no knives, my wife order a tea and they bring hot water, but the herbal tea 30 minutes later arrived and when we decide to have dessert I ask to clean the table and they do not do it, his excuse was they have a lot of work, but in the restaurant was my table and one more and also is not a excuse MORTON’S is alway with lot of people. I LOVE MORTON’S BUT ANAHEIM IS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCES. MANY OF MY FRIEND TELL ME THE SAME AND THE PREFER GOING RUTH CHRIS IN ANAHEIM, but for my family and I is a tradition going MORTON’S, hope

    Great welcome and swiftly seated, great server, Alex, who sorted menus and drinks quickly and was very helpful, great choices which were explained, we ordered shared salads and appetisers, all wonderful. Steaks were fantastic, perfectly cooked and delicious, lovely wine and all supported by great service, no rush and great atmosphere. Cannot recommend highly enough, not cheap and wine is expensive but definitely recommend for a treat night, overall 9.5/10.

    Our Morton's visit for our parent's anniversary 52nd celebration was much more than we could have hoped for! From the personalized menu, to the great service and even some complimentary pictures! The Cajun Ribeye was to die for... perfectly cooked. It was quite busy in the restaurant, so the food took awhile, but the service was great, so we didn't mind so much!

    Rude hostess greeted us and said we didn’t meet the dress code (even though we did and were more appropriately dressed than many people in the dining room). Said we had to sit in the back corner of the bar. Then no one spoke to us or took a drink order for 20 mins. Once our server engaged, service was ok. Food was mediocre and expensive. I’ll be taking my $500 elsewhere next time

    Absolutely scrumptious!! Service is excellent. Their onion bread is soft and a real treat to start. We always eat the entire loaf. I also love their colossal crab cocktail. That’s a must order! Prime NY is my go too and never disappoints. Ya know what really never disappoints is their filet. It’s always the most tender cut. Such a wonderful dining experience. Always!
