Great food and service. Only complaint is that after we checked in for our reservation, they some how cancelled it and we didn’t get our table for 40 minutes. When we followed up with the greeters they had no idea what had happened and why we hadn’t been called for our table. Once we finally got seated the food and service were great.

We ordered the margarita pizza and Mahi Mahi tacos. Both were decent. The best thing here are the mai tai’s. I wouldn’t go back unless it was for the drinks and dessert.

We sat outside and the weather and ambiance was perfect. We had our 7 and 9 years olds with us. There was live music as well. The food was delicious! I had their famous mai tai and chef fish special. The kids burgers were nicely done but nothing out of the box. The coconut pie is a must!

Nice place. Food was good. Small portions. Flavors were good. Had fish tacos and the fish was dry and really over cooked. Also had the gnocchi which tasted great, but it was a really small portion and was swimming in oil. The bulgogi pork tacos were the best dish at our table. Over all it was good, but just didn’t quite meet my expectations.

The food was AMAZING which made it feel worth the high price tag. I felt like the drinks were a bit over priced. $17 for a non alcoholic beverage seems a bit steep to me. The serving staff were great and worked as a well trained team. The only downside was it was very loud (the everyone trying to talk over each other affect). I had to ask the server to repeat themselves several times and I felt like I had to yell at the person sitting across from me. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Monkeypod came up on our radar when our daughter’s friend recommended it. There were four of us from NM and we went to the Wailea location. We were sat immediately outside and it was very pleasant. Our service person was attentive and was very busy - I guess that’s normal all the time. My son-in-law and myself had the (fresh) fish and chips, our daughter had the fish tacos and my husband had the noodle bowl. All were delicious and wonderful BUT the banana cream pie and strawberry crème pie were the BEST ever. We ate ourselves too full but had smiles on our face!! Incredible!’

The fish tacos and the daily special seared tuna melt were both delicious. My husband and I split an order of fries which was the perfect amount with our meals. Our server Jared was friendly, informative and attentive. So glad a friend told us to grab lunch here while staying in the area.
