   Very good overall. Food, service, and atmosphere. Their entrees are unique, fresh and very good. definitely keeping this one on the return list.

   We had a last minute meal before heading to the airport to fly back to Chicago. The food was great and the service was fast and attentive

   The appetizers were awesome! Spicy shrimp and calamari. Our main course, cod & scallops were tasty but almost cold and the cod was a little overdone. It wasn't a busy night. We enjoyed our first visit much more around the holidays.

   Took my fiance for his birthday because the menu is so diverse and the tastes so flavorful. We were both very pleased and had a great evening.

   I am from Cape Cod. I expect fish to be cooked and not overcooked. The baked cod I was served was either overcooked or had been frozen too long. It was chewy. Cod should never be chewy. I had heard good things about Mitchell's and was not personally impressed. I tasted my grandson's fried cod and it was very good. So, 50%!

   We haven't been here for several years because we always have a bad experience. This time was no exception. I called the corporate office before we went to the restaurant asking them if I can use a coupon for $20 off of $60 when I am using the Birthday reward. They said it shouldn't be a problem, but it was. The server returned the check with the birthday reward taken off & never mentioned anything about the $20 off $60. Our bill totaled over $80. I asked her about it & she sent over the manager who I told I called corporate about it & she said no she cannot deduct the additional $20. She said to compensate she would give me a free dessert. Before this, the server asked if we wanted bread & yes we did, but no bread until we asked another server who brought out our dinners. The one dinner was to have asparagus but came with hard green beans. The smashed potatoes were extremely salty, so much that when we left the restaurant my teeth tasted like salt! With everyone watching their salt intake, I am very surprised about the excessive use of salt. We waited for over 15 min. for the dessert but no one was around. We decided to go to the front & find out where our check disappeared to. Finally, our server came to the front & said she was looking for us. Really? The manager said we can use the $20 off $60 through April since they extended the date. I told her we won't be back.
