This was my second time dining here and I had a great time the first time. This time, I felt like the food portions got smaller, food took forever, no one checked on us.
Fun menu. Great food options. Wish there were just a standard organic margarita as an option.
Service was sketchy - bad server - good supervisor - some dishes never arrived. Too fru fru and expensive. Good people watching if u are into that.
Food was amazing and flavorful! Chef Joshua has thoughtfully created a mix of Mexican cuisine combined with a touch of his well travelled pallet. Highly recommended .
Everything was extremely average. The food was for the most part really bland… didn’t really taste of much. We had 5 different plates that we shared between us and didn’t finish a single one… nothing was bad, just very very average. The short rib mini sandwich things literally tasted of nothing.. bit sure how they did that! The cocktails were also nothing to write home about… they forgot the liquor in the espresso martini lol… but at least it was consistent with the food! Incredibly mediocre. The good points - the decor is cute and it’s good people watching, and the servers were lovely. Bad points - bland / average food… it really wasn’t good… expensive for what you’re getting, and long food wait times. I will never be going again and I can’t recommend - there are much better Mexican restaurants in la guys. But, if you have nothing else to do, you don’t want three hundred dollars or two hours of your life and you do want to pick at some fairly tasteless small plates, with some decent people watching, then this place has nailed it.
Perfect experience for the true foodie! We tried the squash blossoms and the fall truffle tostadas for entrees. The tostadas especially were fantastic and not easily re-created at home. Desserts ended up stealing the show- try the Mochi cake dessert and the rice paper fig option- we adored them! I also appreciated the varied selection of yummy Mexican wines. And our server was fantastic!
Mirame is a great addition to the dining scene! The Baha inflected dishes are delicious and innovative. Try the Mirame Campechana, their take on ceviche, it's really good and new. The duck tostada, scallop and uni, beef cheek taco are all terrific. Mirame is elevated and refined dining.
The restaurant is now short staffed so service is not what it could be. The servers are all very nice. The food is unusual.
The food was surprisingly underwhelming and lacked flavor. Also, most of our plates tasted like they were sitting for awhile. The service was poor too. We are happy we went and had the experience, but will not be going back.
Great drinks and the place is beautiful. The service was very slow and the dishes we're a mix between big hits and a few misses for us.
We had a great time and loved that is pet friendly!
Fantastic food and preparation! Drinks are creative. Will be back again.
Inattentive wait staff
Drinks came halfway through meal
Had to constantly flag down for help
We went at 1:30pm which was not a busy time. There were only 4-5 tables, but still we waited 30 minutes for the main dish. The food turned soggy when served.
The appetizer was okay, the sweet corn cake dessert was not bad.
This place had great food and fantastic service. Even though they were very busy, the servers took time to check in on us, and do little things like re-light our candle when it went out from the wind and refill our water. Plus they were super friendly!
The fried squash blossom I had was the stand-out of the meal for me, and I think I will remember it for a long time. I wish I had taken a photo to share here.
Salad, appetizers, entree all excellent. Shrimp tostada killer. Service was attentive and efficient.
Great food. Came for the DineLA menu. The rabbit tamale was amazing. The watermelon dessert was also great. Would come again.
everything was up to par
Did dine LA. Only good dish was the ceviche. Had rabbit tamale which was dry and tough not tender. Lamb stew was strangely flavored. Lamb overcooked. Very salty. Had weirdly tasting dumplings. Overall unpleasant dish and I left most of it.
Also had brisket sliders which were not that great with overly toasted buns.
Cocktail was good.
Not worth the money for disappointing meal.
Came for the menu and wound up partaking in Dine Out LA (restaurant week). Four outstanding courses giving us the opportunity to try so many of their dishes. It was a great value. To top it off, our servers were exceptional, attentive, and helpful with the menu and wine pairings.
Having been here before and having enjoyed it greatly, I was surprised to find the level of flavors in the food had gone down. This was once an exciting place to eat but now the food is just average. I did repeat some of the same dishes from before and a few new ones.
Horrible service, even while sitting at the bar.
amazing meal & vibe. our waitress was also excellent. but unfortunately, the kitchen forgot our main course. it never arrived so we left with only eating starters. when i followed up our main course 1 hour later, i was told it would take another hour to prepare.
Everything was amazing. Food was delicious. Service was fantastic!
My husband and I went with another couple for dinner and we all enjoyed the food recommendations made by our waitress and the drinks were great as well. We definitely would go back.
My entire experience was phenomenal. Renata was great. I will not forget this dining experience. Thanks to the entire team for providing such great service and having such a great understanding of the incredible menu.
One of the best meals I’ve had in Los Angeles. Phenomenal! Great waitress too.
Squash blossom is amazing!
First time at Mirame. Pleasantly surprised. Food and drinks were very good as was the service.
The food was very good. I really liked the atmosphere. The great service made it an overall great experience. Michael and Angela took great care of us. Went over and beyond.
A wonderful, inventive food. Chef brilliant. I have been there 3 times in ten days. MARY COREY
Great. Would like wider variety of menu items.
Beautiful restaurant - Our server, Michael -- SUPERB took great care of us and so very attentive - great place highly recommend - fabulous cocktails
We have been here several times both for weekend brunch and dinners. Their food is phenomenal, differnt and extremely tasty. Their menu changes but they always have guacamole with chips and always have a duck dish on the "bigger" dishes, We almost always get the duck and this time it was not just a home run but a grand slam. It was duck with a plum mole. I highly reccommend this place if you are adventureous. I suggest eating on the back patio if available as it is quieter there and you can actually have a conversation.
Small plates but served conveyor belt style, making every effort to get you out quickly makes this experience not wonderful. A 45 dollar main dish served cold makes this experience mediocre. Pretty place, attentive staff, but you can do better for the money.
One of my favorite upscale Mexican restaurant, the chef at Mirame is a true artist!
we celebrated our anniversary just an amazing experience all around the food WOW WOW.
The food was amazing! Fresh, wholesome ingredients combined in unique ways to create flavors that I’m still thinking about! Delicioso!!!
I found the menu to be interesting but not necessarily flavorful. At times, flavors were muddled with too many ingredients. Very pricey for what you get.
