Mirabelle is a boutique restaurant located in the Vail Valley and believe to be the first home site in Beaver Creek. It’s unique and romantic setting is the home of Belgium Master Chef Daniel Joly. His unique and contemporary cuisine uses the best natural and organic ingredients available. Chef Joly takes great pride in his work but if you ask him what gives him the most satisfaction of all his awards and accomplishments, he will simply say that awards and peer recognition are great but a customer complimenting him for a great dining experience is the best of all.
Please arrive on time, we will hold the table for 15 minutes.
We are answering our phone during business hours at 2 pm, you can visit our website.
We are open Monday through Saturday, closed on Sunday. If you would like an outdoor table, please call the restaurant as we have limited tables on our back deck along the stream.

Always a wonderful evening at Mirabelle. The food is exquisite, the service is impeccable and the ambiance is elegant. We especially enjoy dining on the outdoor patio on the creek.

Best dining experience we (locals) have had in a good while in the Vail Valley! The Gourmand menu was amazing, and the ambience and service was tops! Loved Mirabelle :)

We were celebrating our anniversary. They started to seat us in a small, crowded, and noisy area. When we asked for a quieter area, they led us to another room where we had been seated on previous visits. We had great service and excellent meals: duck and trout. Portions were generous and sides served more than one. Our desserts were excellent. I appreciated that our waitress made menu suggestions to avoid my food allergies. The meal was leisurely and took about two hours total for drinks, apps, main courses, and desserts. The parking lot was full and as our dining room filled up, the noise level went up, also - but it was not irritatingly noisy. We will return.
