   GRATA SORPRESA PARA UN RESTAURANTE DEL VALLE DE VAIL DONDE TODO ES REGULAR Y DE PRECIOS EXAGERADAMENTE ALTOS. LA COMIDA MUY BUENA CON UN MENÚ, AUNQUE AMERICANIZADO, CON MUY BUENAS OPCIONES Y PLATOS PARA TODOS LOS GUSTOS. TODO LO QUE ORDENAMOS EN MI GRUPO ESTUVO DELICIOSO !!! BUENA CARTA DE VINOS Y CON PRECIOS MUY DECENTES PARA LA CALIDAD DE LAS OPCIONES. AÚN CUANDO CAE EN RANGO ALTO DE PRECIO, SI VALE LA PENA REPETIR Y RECOMENDARLO.

   Food was delicious and needless to say attention to detail on presentation was remarkable. Service was phenomenal- warm and friendly.

   The food was cooked perfectly. The chef is amazing. I just wish we could have this restaurant near us. Our server was very attentive and paid attention to every detail. The ambience was very quaint in an old historic home remodelled for the restaurant use. Hoping to be back next year.

   Mirabelle is the best in Beaver Creek! We started with the lobster bisque (it's a huge bowl!) and beet salad. For dinner, we had the Elk and Dover Sole--both dishes were very impressive and delicious with amazing presentations and flavors. The wine selection was reasonably priced and vast. Our server knew his wines and directed us to the right Bordeaux; he was very attentive and nice. Dessert was the icing on the cake! We had the assortment of chocolates and olive oil cake, both amazing. Days after this dinner, we are still talking about the presentation and flavors of our meals and desserts. We can't wait to return to Beaver Creek to eat at this quaint restaurant. It's a gem and a Michelin Star for a reason!

   We love going to Mirabelle. We were disappointed tonight with our meals because they arrived cool at our table. We still ate the food because often times when you ask for it to be warmed it comes back overcooked. Did not have a chance to tell our waitress because she didn’t come back until we were done. She seemed distracted with a larger party. At a simple restaurant, a warm meal and an attentive hostess goes a long way. We expected the same or better at Mirabelle.

   Hands down the best restaurant in the Vail Valley. The food is superb! Our server, Todd, was the utmost professional. I highly recommend the Chef's Tasting Menu. Any dessert from the pastry chef pairs perfectly with Mirabelle's Signature Espresso Martini.

   If you're in Beaver Creek, Mirabelle Restaurant is definitely worth a visit! The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, and the service is top-notch. The menu has great French-inspired dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients-don't miss the rack of lamb! They also have a kids' menu with tasty options that the little ones will love. And make sure to try the chocolate souffle for dessert-it's amazing. Whether it's a special night out or just a great meal, Mirabelle is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

   What a treasure right here in Beaver Creek! The service...the ambiance...the food! All out of this world. Butternut squash, lobster bisque, Belgium onion soups, wine and pear martinis were all excellent. Elk tenderloin, beef tenderloin, dover sole meuniere were all beautifully and artistically prepared and plated. We also had Belgian frites, vanilla creme brulee, warm chocolate torte. A wonderful culinary experience from beginning to end. Our server anticipated our every need. We will definitely be back next time we are in town and recommend to all our friends.

    This is without question our favorite restaurant in the Vail Valley. Chef Joly consistently takes innovation to the highest level without ever sacrificing quality. The Dover sole and elk are the best anywhere. The staff is highly attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed with an old world European feel. Mirabelle also offers an extensive wine list without the significant markup found at other restaurants in the area (and the bartenders make a fantastic espresso martini). We're already looking forward to meals on the deck in the summer.
