Mirabelle is a boutique restaurant located in the Vail Valley and believe to be the first home site in Beaver Creek. It’s unique and romantic setting is the home of Belgium Master Chef Daniel Joly. His unique and contemporary cuisine uses the best natural and organic ingredients available. Chef Joly takes great pride in his work but if you ask him what gives him the most satisfaction of all his awards and accomplishments, he will simply say that awards and peer recognition are great but a customer complimenting him for a great dining experience is the best of all.
All times might not be available online, please contact us to help with your reservation.
During September & October, we will be closed Sunday & Monday, open Tuesday - Saturday.
Weather permitting outdoor seating is available on request, please call us the request outdoor table. Limited seating.

We treat ourselves to Mirabelles each year we travel to Beaver Creek. They accommodate food allergies beautifully. It is our favorite place to dine.

Mirabelle has a wonderful sense of place cultivated by a great Chef, his wife and their team. The setting is beautiful and intimate. Wolfard lamps glow and there was a nod to fall with a little, perfect pumpkin on the table. Consistent is their focus on locally sourced food with beautiful vegetables, wonderful meat and fish. Rarely do I find a delicious butternut squash soup created with no cream or butter. Every sip felt pure and healthy. Audrey was an excellent server, charming, graceful and efficient. It is lovely to have Chris Marie remember us and she can be seen all night helping out — filling in the gaps — so service runs smoothly. The Sole Meunière and elk tenderloin were superb. We had another lovely night! Thank you!

Food was everything promised to be and more. Staff is attentive and seem to enjoy serving. We appreciated the wine selection. The chef’s pairing of wine to dish was perfect.

Fabulous food! Lovely presentations! But the waiter had such a strong accent it was difficult to understand him. The exterior is charming but the interior, while very attractive, it not nearly as charming.

A delightful experience. 1st of all, nothing in Beaver Creek is inexpensive, however Mirabelle is a first class restaurant with outstanding service, served in a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Delightful evening with incredible food. The House Cabernet was excellent. The desert was fabulous! However, it was quite noisy and difficult to hear our waiter or carry on a conversation without speaking loudly, but overall it was a delightful experience.

Wonderful setting—Warm, comfortable. Waiter Matt was terrific. Food not up to the prices —two very small lamb chops for $70–tasteless Dover Sole for $60! Unrecognizable carrot cake.
