Unfortunately, our visit to Mi Luna was a letdown. The food didn’t meet expectations, and the service was just as underwhelming. It’s disappointing, especially given the hype. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

The staff was pleasant enough, and the food was okay. I had specified to the staff that this was our first time at Mi Luna and we were celebrating a birthday, but there was nothing offered to our birthday guest. The beef cheek empanadas were be the best dish, but most of the other fare was average and overpriced. The dishes were spaced out poorly and the last dish was delivered so late that we ended up declining it.

It was delightfully Spanish Moroccan style Tapas - delicious with many plates to choose from plates, but some Spanish tapas like gambas al ajio and ham croquets were not on the happy hour menu. Only thing i would change is the bread -maybe get a more traditional spanish style bread to soak up the heavenly sauces, instead of the dry chabatta style bread brought to the table. Overall we want to go back & try the paellas and other offerings. The traditional Bistilla is not to be missed!! Our server was very attentive and helped points us toward great choices!

Second time and got to try many other items Tapas snail was ok. Nothing fancy. I expected snails in their shell . Young was amazing !! Great bold flavors of the port wine as it should be. Biggest disappointment is the black paella. It was way too wet. Should be dried and the flavors were nothing out of the ordinary. Definitely have had better. Not sure I will return as there are other tapas places to try.

this is by far my favorite restaurant in houston not only because of the food but because of the service - especially Ray he was phenomenal

Have now been twice to the new Montrose collective location. This restaurant has stepped up their game. Expansive selection of tapas options, delivered hot, nice plates, glassware, serving dishes. Nice reasonably priced wine selection. Interior and exterior seating is chic and appealing. This is now on our short list of quality easy dining spots!

I hadn’t had tapas in a while, and it was awesome. They had this cool mix of Moroccan and Spanish flavors. We tried boquerones, tortilla española, jamón serrano, gambas al ajillo (my favorite), fried calamari, croquetas, grilled calamari (which was really bad), b'stilla (a Moroccan dish that was amazing), octopus, and chicken kebab. The sangria was super tasty. Since we didn’t like the grilled calamari, they took it off our bill. Raymond, our waiter, was super nice and really helped out with our group, which ranged from a 7-year-old to a 75-year-old. Everyone left happy and full.

Great Tapas restaurant. They have great happy hour menu and we tried an assortment of tapas - patatas bravas, pescaditos fritos, tortilla, and several other classic tapas dishes. All excellent. The bread they use for their pan con tomate is excellent too. Really great food. Only negative is the desert menu is ridiculously over-priced. Flan should not cost $20.00 nor should bread pudding cost $25.00.
