   We’ve been to this location several times however the last two times have been horrible from the service to the food after this last visit we will not be returning.

   Food was great! Can’t go wrong with the skirt steak. We did go on mother’s days so service food and drinks did take a long time to get to the table.

   Horrible service. Took the waiter almost 10min to come by our table to introduce himself. Took almost 30min to get a drink. Ceviche was very sub par. Waiter took our chips and salsa before we were finished with it. Our drinks stood empty for over 10min before the waiter came by and asked if i wanteda refill. Waiter never came by to update us on our order or to check in with us. When we were able to flag him down to ask him about the food, he said he would go check and never returned. We had been seated for over an hour and our main dishes still haven't hit the table. We ordered a salad and medium rare steak. We got up and went down stairs and told the manager that we would like to pay for our two drinks and appetizer and leave. Such a horrible experience. This place was such a disappointment. We will never come back. Hope you have a better experience.

   Food was good but very slow to get to the table. 3+ hours for two people (we did get an appetizer and desert)

   Food was great, atmosphere great, service lacked. Our server was nice, but there was definitely a lack of slow and attentiveness.

   Gave my reservation to someone else on my birthday. So I Had to wait another 45 minutes for an open table. Each drink took 30 minutes to get there. Service slow and poor. None of the management or hostesses had any idea what was going on. Will not return. Worst birthday ever.

   We were excited to try this given the great things we had heard. Our experience wasn’t so great. The drink service was very slow and when they arrived the glasses were dirty and had to be returned. The queso was not hot nor fully melted. The fajitas were fine but certainly not exceptional and frankly would rank behind many places in town. The bone in pork chop was really outstanding however the sides served with it were cold. It is a very lively place. Our service was very friendly albeit inattentive.

   I love this place! My server Andrea was friendly, attentive and truly understands customer service. I also want to shout out to Jared the Manager is awesome! I will definitely be back and bring others with me to enjoy this experience!

    The food was good but it was so loud I felt like I was in a club! Maybe I’m just too old 😂 lots of young people. Service was very slow ! Not used to waiting on drinks that long .

    Thanks for the honest feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the food, but we hear you on the noise and slow service. We know how frustrating it can be to wait on drinks, and we’re working on improving that. Hopefully next time it’ll be a little less lively and a lot quicker!
