   We went after the Old Vic theatre. We have been going there for 20 years. Never again. The restaurant was empty and they were turning away other diners soon after we arrived. We ordered quickly which was fine but the service was terrible. We ordered pan con tomate but that was finished. We asked for bread. It didnt arrive. We asked for water. It didnt arrive. It was clear the staff wanted to close. They cleared around us — very noisy — and there was no point asking for dessert. We would not go again after the theatre unless the play ended at 9.30 (few do). Very disappointing.

   Delicious authentic dishes, great service -fantastic atmosphere, one of my favorite restaurants in London!

   Amazing restaurant it was like being in the middle of Madrid. Great ambience and atmosphere a definate feel of being in Spain. Staff were attentive and polite food was served quickly and was hot and flavoursome. A real find in the heart of London. Been to many tapas bars but this is definitely up there as being one of my firm favourites.

   Authentic Spanish tapas. Big portions and helpful staff. A great experience.

   Food as always reliably good They brought dish that we hadn’t ordered and generally the staff were relatively unfriendly so overall fairly disappointing

   Fod was great. Lots of choice and variety. We'd have preferred it if the delivery of the tapas had een staggered rather than all coming at once. One dish we had ordered wasn't delivered and appeared on our bill but was corrected without fuss. The restaurant was a bit loud for us to have a proper conversation.

   I love this place - the service is fantastic and the food comes quickly in large portions. Sometimes it doesn’t quite live up to expectations but it doesn’t matter too much as the authenticity and vibrancy of this place are what it’s all about. Great location near the Old and Young Vic and lots of tables outside basking in evening sunshine.

   Inhumanely understaffed!! We’ve been here before and it wasn’t this bad. Food was good, but it was a painful dining experience. Even though the two wait staff couldn’t keep up with the service of those seated, they continued to seat everyone who came. It was not pleasant having to watch the two of them trying and failing to keep up under these circumstances. In today’s world, this should not be allowed. One of the waitresses said that two staff had not shown up. Understandable, but then management needed to manage the continued influx and limit seating. They did not. The result was as if we were having to witness the worst sweatshop ever. No dining experience should ever be like this.

   Been here a number of times as it never fails to impress. Met friends who have not been here before and they love it too. Food was fantastic, could sit and eat all day

    Food was lovely but not felt welcomed by staff, not checked on, service charge deducted for this reason..
