Great experience for my birthday! Desmond, our server, was amazing and providing excellent service and my birthday so memorable! Food was amazing! Atmosphere was perfect for chatting with all my friends! Will be back!

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had in my life . The waitress humiliated me . I had been there already three times this week . I had her as my waitress last night and a couple days ago .i was with a friend the other day and i brought my boyfriend yesterday. So she's going to say to me when i ask her about the specials . We have the same things as last time . With the nastiest demeanor I was mortified she ruined my entire meal I don't care if last time her tip was low I just didn't have the cash so never tine I came I was planning to tip way more and she violated me in front of my man . He asked me who were you with the other day . It was a private meeting that was none of his concern but u made it that and I was just there to eat . WTH

Awesome ambiance, super delicious food 👌🏻 but service conceivably not there yet. Thankful for receptionist for accommodating and to entire staff 👏🏻

Fantastic dinner - but of course it is being a Wolfgang Puck restaurant! Starting with the incredible views, we had the friendliest server who was able to inform us of the dishes and portions. We ordered Hamachi Tostada, Whole Sizzling Fish, Crab Fried Rice, Kung Pao Cauliflower and a BBQ Chicken dish. All were delicious. It was a Sunday evening (early reservation) so wasn’t too busy but did pick up later in the evening. I highly recommend it.

The afternoon started on a high note with a warm welcoming smile from Dakota at the restaurant check in desk. The room was bright and inviting - the view is not much in the daytime - just roofs etc but should be lovely in the evening when all the lights of the city are on. The food is typical Wolfgang Puck, delicious. Very reminiscent of Chinois on Main. The service was excellent. I'm looking forward to many more lunches and dinners at Merois.

Service was terrible, extremely rude host (tall, female working that night). She was clearly upset that we were 15 minutes late to our reservation. She barked at me as soon as we arrived then harshly took us to our table with a rude reminder that we needed to leave by 8:30. We were guests in the hotel and was told that we didn't need a reservation. There is certainly a more polite way to handle this situation with a gentle reminder, rather than be scolded. Server was average and felt like we were dismissed because I was with my 17 year old daughter and not a trendy table. Food was good, nothing spectacular. Ambiance was great, its an amazing view from the restaurant.
