   The small plates are the best at Meril's. You can order a couple of them and they will satisfy your tastebuds. The Korean wings, Boudin Balls, and Ribs are my favorites. We had the Octopus special and it was underwhelming.

   Everyone was very kind but the service sub par. We had to ask for drinks and food several times. They would say “sure I got you” but in then would forget. We will come back for a second try.

   Experience overall was very good. Greeted and started promptly. Waitress was attentive and both the softshell crab and trout almandine were a hit.. portions were small so don't come in here overly hungry or plan on ordering multiple courses.. we ended up ordering a double cheeseburger and fries to split after our entree and that did the trick.

   Bloody Mary’s was sweet, Food was average taste, small portions. Ordered ice box pie, Dessert was frozen, we needed a knife n fork to eat it….. noise level was a little high for me. Took a long time to get the check….

    We are Warehouse District residents and this Emeril’s bistro is one of our favorite restaurants. Our party of six, a pre-Mother’s Day lunch, was treated royally by the staff, and especially by Lauren and team, friendly and attentive wait service, from cocktails to appetizers, to entrees and wine, and desserts. The Salmon and Daily Fish entrees were terrific, their sauces superb, and the Ribeye entrees were perfectly cooked. Thank you for another great dining experience at Meril.
