   This was our first time but will not be our last. The whole experience was phenomenal. The service, the food, and the drinks were all great. I really appreciated the smaller plates options because it gave us an opportunity to try more items.

   It was my birthday dinner and the waiter forgot about us towards the end and dropped the ball. Gave us the dessert menus and it took forever for him to come back. By that time we were late for our next stop and asked for the check which took a very long time as well. It seems that since we were a large party and gratuity was already added, they stopped caring. My friends told me that they reminded them two separate times it was my birthday so that I could have the fun cotton candy sparkler experience but they never brought it…very disappointing.

   Burger, cauliflower, dumplings were PHENOMENAL! The deviled eggs and shrimp tacos were just OK. Service, cleanliness and atmosphere was EXCEPTIONAL. Prices were pretty good for amount of food and drinks we had. Overall, I wouldn’t miss out on this gem.

   BBQ shrimp and shrimp tacos were delectable. Our server recommended the pocket bread to sop up the BBQ, great call as otherwise I would have eaten it like a soup with a spoon, it’s that good.

   Excellent experience. Beautiful space. Service was great. Cocktails were also really enjoyable. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

    The small plates are the best at Meril's. You can order a couple of them and they will satisfy your tastebuds. The Korean wings, Boudin Balls, and Ribs are my favorites. We had the Octopus special and it was underwhelming.
