   Slow service..got some stuff wrong but the fixed. It’s jazz fest and they overwhelmed ..they doing their best. Food was great once we got it..

   Not sure if we caught our server on an off night, but the restaurant was only half full and service still left a lot to be desired. It took 15 minutes just to place our drink order, and we barely got any check-ins during the meal. One of the tapas dishes was messy, and even though our plates were clearly dirty, we waited a long time to get clean ones for the next course. My napkin was also cleared while I was in the restroom mid-meal, which felt rushed. I shared someone’s napkin for dessert. The food was just okay—there are definitely better spots in NOLA. With Emeril’s name attached, I expected a more polished experience.

   We were a large group and Rasheed did an amazing jjob getting food out quickly and taking care of many special requests. The wood fired oysters were scrumptious as were the veggies. We loved birthday surprise!

   The small plates were excellent. We even tried the turkey neck - it was yummy albeit not to everyone’s taste. The service was excellent too - our waiter (Bruce) was fantastic - very helpful, fast, efficient and a super nice person. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

   The service was friendly and charming yet non intrusive. Our pasta and steak entrees were delectable. The tiramisu was the best ever. I would have licked up the plate and bowl if I could do so without embarrassment!

   Not only was this the best meal from the food perspective that I’ve had in all of my trips to New Orleans, which have been many, but just the overall attitude of everyone that worked at the restaurant and especially our server Bruce, made this experience very, very special. The pineapple upside down cornbread with bacon marmalade is something not to be missed. The shrimp and pork dumplings are some of the best I’ve had. The ribeye was perfectly cooked perfectly seasoned to top it all off. The banana cream pie was a mile high and fresh and delicious and the cinnamon toast crunch bread pudding with a fireball whiskey sauce was definitely something to write home about! We will definitely return.

   Not a good experience at all- ran out of bottled water and other meals/desserts. Water that we had to drink smelled like bleach. GM didn’t even care. Service has gone down

    Very nice casual restaurant. The food exceeded my expectations. - deviled eggs; bbq shrimp; gumbo; and red snapper. Can’t wait to return try other options.
