The menu is small and basic. 4 salad options. Two sandwich options. Overall the ambiance is bland. The service was quick and the servers are responsive. The bartenders seem nice but are hidden behind plexiglass due to Covid regulations. All together not a nice experience at all
We had some issues with the service, but in true Hilton hospitality form, they remedied these issues. It took a long time for the waitress to come take our order. Then it took a long time for even waters (which we specifically asked for) to arrive, which came out with our (delayed) alcoholic beverages. All told, twice we had to get up from our table to walk to the bar area to address service issues. Twice, the hostess intercepted us and promptly helped remedy the situation. They forgot the chicken on my Cobb Salad and didn’t make my husband’s sandwich to order. Ultimately in the end they made everything right and the food was DELICIOUS, the drinks were STRONG, they gave us free dessert and also comped our alcohol. We also had issues with the parking deck. A long line to get out because the meter apparently broke. We had to call the front desk from our car to have someone sent out. At that point, everyone got out for free. In conclusion, we will certainly be back because we can only imagine this was just an off day, as we usually love it here.
OMG one of the worst meals I have ever had in Beverly Hills. The menu is a mish mosh of items that don't even mix well. The quality of the food was horrible. This restaurant is an embarrassment to the Beverly Hilton brand.
The food especially the sandwiches served to us is old .so sad it’s Beverly Hilton and with reputation . Just wondering why they take advantage of merely breakfast sandwiches .
AWEFUL service. Awful food. Rip off!
Food was bland.
Despite the location being empty— only our table and 2 others seated during the entire time I was there, the server seemed to be rushing us. Asking if we would like boxes just 6 minutes after our entrees were brought out left myself and guest bewildered as to why they server would ask. When bringing us the check, I had barely signed my signature before the server picked it up from underneath me. Very peculiar. Nice setting, lovely food, perfect quiet spot for a dinner.
It was ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!!! We SOOO ENJOYED EVERYTHING!!! I was hesitant and about to cancel given the poor reviews howeverrr I am and WE BOTH are SOOOO GLAD I didn’t!! This was the PERFECT day after brunch spot for my birthday guy!!! We enjoyed one of the pool side tables, the 60’s throwback music was so nostalgic and lively - tho we are in our 30’s it just felt SOOO PERFECT Old Hollywood as expected and as it should!! We SOOO enjoyed our bottle of champs, the Superfood salad and the Grilled Salmon!!! Everything was delicious and the fact that we didn’t feel rushed was simply divine!! Edwin, our server, was SUPER attentive throughout and especially gracious when he brought my guy the best little blueberry crumb topped apple pastry treat to round out the afternoon!! I am SOOO SOOOO GLAD and GRATEFUL we did not select anywhere else to be that afternoon!! Thank YOUUU Thank YOUUU!!! Already SOOO looking forward to being back💛
Poolside table to test out my vax, great service, they moved an umbrella to give me shade. Classic location, food was Hilton standard and arrived cold. Will give another shot Bc it’s close to my new home.
Service was horrible! Parking was HORRIBLE!! I paid $23.00. Seriously! How is that a discount with validation. Overprice. Never again! I will never go back nor will I ever suggest this place to anyone! It’s HORRIBLE!!! Horrible ! No words to describe how disgusting this place is.
Very lovely. It was cold outside but that’s not their fault! Very cute will be back 💕
A wonderful spot to have a nice afternoon brunch. Food choices were good and everything tasted great. A little oasis in the middle of it all.
Great service, bottomless mimosas, great brunch
Some of stuff members where not nice, annoyed faces, slow
The menu is very limited but I anticipate that was due to Covid. The staff is great and they’re very sweet. We went there for the outdoor poolside experience and it was great. I do wish they had more food options on their menu.
Honestly really really rude hostess, the food was.....a lot to desire. Kind of a pity seeing as it's such a cool setting
The service was spotty. When we finally found the hostess, she just looked miserable and had a scowl on her face like she was having dental work done. Not warm at all. Then there were loud, drunk bros yelling obscenities and rants from their balcony above...We had to move tables because there were bugs crawling out of the pool drain. I have always liked this old school vibe and the pool area but this entire hotel needs a proper update- and deep clean. It could be so great as its historic and in one of the best locations. Its just pretty run down and wasn't very clean/well maintained. Happy to do a renovation for them-would literally do it Pro-bono-could/should be very Mad Men/Tom Ford vibes-not some Vegas style from the 90's look it currently is rocking. So much potential
The food was terrible and the patio and pool area were not clean.
Good experience. Good food. Server could have been a little more attentive. But it was a great experience
Great environment! A Beverly Hills Classic! Make sure to take advantage of the Happy Hour 25% off everything!
Great place to spend time and enjoy the outdoor area
There service was not that good about 3 waitress for the whole restaurant
Went for the Valentine’s Day and the reservation said nothing about being limited to a special menu. The food was good but it was all cold. The cucumber drink was really good though
The menu was horrible NO options and very expensive
Service is slow food order was wrong just disappointed overall
They overcharged me for my order, the subtotal was 15 and i was charged 69
We were there for almost an hour before we got help and we had to go get that. They were people that came after us I got served before we did. The so-called toast was cold, the pancakes were horrible. The food was not worth the price.
Love Beverly Hilton!! Beautiful outdoor dining, felt safe and luxurious!
Food was mediocre and the server was just not all that great either. We stayed at the hotel so it was convenient.
Great experience & Edwin was a very kind to us :)
Very nice ambiance. Free parking. Next to pool areal. Great service.
Love this olace
Food was awful
Our fav Happy Hour!
Very nice outdoor poolside dining. Food was very good, especially the pizza from the outdoor pizza oven. Great value, not too expensive.
Delicious meal with outdoor seating
Servers are attentive and friendly.
Didn’t seem to have as many “Italian” items, save for the pizza menu. Still, very good food. It was a little challenging getting to, especially with a lack of signage in the hotel.
I had a great dinner experience. Our reservation was for a later time so the waiter was a little reluctant to pick up our table but he eventually came around. The Chef sent complimentary dessert to our table. I thought that was so awesome. Im definitely going back again!
David the waiter is really attentive! Keep the good job up!
