Meeker’s, A Colorado Kitchen & Bar, is the culmination of community & culinary ingenuity. We seek foods less traveled. Ron Jackson is redefining farm-to-table, bringing food less traveled to Colorado’s burgeoning culinary map. In his role as Executive Chef at Meeker’s, his focus is on merging locally sourced ingredients with classic preparations, specializing in Rocky Mountain & classic American cuisine.
The 150 seat restaurant & bar includes a private dining room that hosts 16 and an expansive park side patio that seats 50. A wall of glass opens up to views of Lincoln Park bringing the outdoors into the bar. Complimentary Parking available in shared parking lot of the DoubleTree by Hilton at Lincoln Park Greeley.

This restaurant was absolutely what we were looking for in our date night! The atmosphere was beautiful with large windows looking across at a park, friendly staff, wide choice of menu items and then came the food! Well designed plates that led to even more satisfaction with the delicious food! Great prequel to the Union Colony Civic Center concert!
The ravioli was delicious! My husband had the prime rib special and it was also good, but not very hot. The only other issue was the smoked old fashion on the menu. They didn’t have a smoker and the drink was just not very good. We weren’t charged for the drink and we would go back for dinner again. We eat lunch there pretty often and generally the food and service is good.

Servers/staff are great. You can tell they are doing their best given an obvious challenge with staffing shortage. Service was a bit slow, but the servers attitudes make up for it. The food and prices aren’t that bad. Margarita is pretty strong! Truffle fries are awesome!!

Her enthusiasm was contagious. This restaurant has real potential. It could do a very brisk business.
It currently suffers from sterile cookie cutter hotel design. It cries out for some color & changes in the black, white, grey, corrugated tin palate. Modern farmhouse meets industrial. With this many windows & a corner location, interior design becomes paramount.
This room needs a splashes of color, which could be achieved by changing out about 4 pieces of art & adding colored napkins!
We split a small caesar side salad & the Hanger Steak, because we were on our way to a concert. Entree & sides were cooked to perfection. Staff was attentive & helpful. House Merlot & Cab were decent.
This place is now on our radar! Keep up quality & service. Work on the decor.

They didn’t acknowledge us, never got sat. Walked out after 10 minutes standing at the door and having two employees look over at us like they were confused we were there. Not busy.

Lackluster food, service and drinks. Not worth your time or money.
We made reservations- showed up and they were closed! The hotel staff said they no longer are open during lunch hours. Nobody bothered to call and tell us after we made the reservation

Not sure if it is Open Table’s fault, Meeker’s or a “glitch” in the system. Was able to make a reservation at 1:00 on a Saturday only after driving for 45min to arrive and realize the restaurant didn’t open until 5pm...disappointed.

Great food and a great environment. I was skeptical when a client recommended the restaurant as it is in a hotel but I was truly pleasantly surprised. The restaurant did an excellent job of adapting to Covid-19 changes and provided an excellent meal. Would definitely return!

This place is really nice.
We visited Meeker's for a special occasion. It was very busy because of a concert at UCCC but that was not felt as our waiter was very present. The hangar steak was probably the best I have ever had. A little pricey but well worth it for a special occasion.
My grilled cheese/tomato soup was great. My son's chili was great but the cinnamon roll was dried out. Our waitress was great. We sat near the bar and the "smoke" smell from the smoked drinks was too strong.
Decided to try something new. Never had heard of this restaurant before today, looked at their online menu and photos, made a reservation and went in.
Decor is modern and clean, feeling warm and welcoming. However, the food does not vibe with the rest of the space.
We ordered the usual breakfast: eggs, potatoes, and toast, with chicken sausage.
The eggs had the texture and consistency of being individually bagged and prepped quickly before being served, which is weird, considering they have a full size kitchen.
The potatoes, although well seasoned, tasted frozen and some were even undercooked. The ratio they provided was generous, but overwhelmed the plate.
Now, we all know what toast should look like, right? Golden, maybe some darker marks from the toaster? This is not what was provided. We ordered sourdough and it was white and could be, with little heat, the only sign that it may have seen the inside of an oven. Considering it instantly cooled, it was almost as if we were eating stale bread.
The sausage was the worst part. Chicken sausage is always hit or miss with most breakfast joints, so can't fault them too much. But the additional seasoning (some sort of oil as well, I believe was added) made them inedible.
Considering the $12 per plate, we were hoping for a fresh, well prepared meal that would leave us full and happy. Sadly, we cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, and would encourage you seek out other breakfast fare nearby.

The only knock is the noise level. It's not conducive for a quiet romantic dinner, as befits your menu and prices. Since I'm in the music business, I'd suggest sound dampening panels on the ceiling and on select walls.

Our dinners were delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly and the truffle fries were delicious. But I’d pass on dessert next time. The lemon tart was cold and both the lemon tart and the cherry pie seemed like a frozen dessert that was microwaved. The crust was soggy, and I didn’t even have the ice cream on top. The quality of the desserts were not what I’d expect for the price of the meals or the dessert!
The server was great! He kept our drinks filled and was very attentive and helpful. I’d definitely come back, but I’d skip dessert.
Meekers has excellent food, outstanding service, and good drinks. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely return to eat here the next time I am in Greeley.
First time trying this restaurant. Was close to Union Colony for a concert we were going to. Wait staff was excellent, food was excellent and they got us our meals in plenty of time to walk to the concert! Restaurant was full of people and that didn't compromise on anything. We'll definitely go back!
The lobster mac and cheese was to die for. My wife and I both got house red wine and our waitress came back a bit later with two more glasses, because of a bartender error. It was greater than expected. So, good service, good food and very close to the Union Colony Theater and that is good, also.
Food was very good and tasty, the drinks great. The server was very friendly and efficient. would recommend to others, will be back.
The service was slow and it is obvious the restaurant it not properly managed.
We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated promptly. Then we waited nearly 20 minutes and were never acknowledged by any staff members. I went to the bar to see if we could get water and some service. Someone showed up about 5 minutes later, gave us water and took our orders. We told them we were now in a hurry to get to a show at UCCC, I’m yet we still waited more than 20 minutes for our food. We had to eat very fast and then run to UCCC to make it to our show. We won’t be going there for a pre-show meal again.
Birthday dinner...2nd time here, and can’t wait to go again! Best food around!
Waiter wasn’t the best, maybe he was just having a bad night.
Drinks took way too much time to be served and the meal took too much be time to be served also. I personally asked for pink in my burger & the server recommended "medium". It came out "well-done. And the edges of the bacon & cheese were charred. Another person at our table had a chicken sandwich. The person next to him asked if he got blackened chicken. It wasn't "blackened", but it was "black".
Several people got the flat bread dishes & they were great.
Not really, the absence of key ingredients made choosing a meal less than your first choice. Even the kids menu was missing items. Flies kept interrupting the meal. Cooks don't know the difference between pink in the middle and still bleeding
