   Holiday tea was superb, this was my second year in a row. I love it so much and highly recommend adding a glass of champagne. The view is gorgeous. The service was very natural and fun. I’ll be back for a third time thanks!

   The holiday prix fixe 3-course meal was quite good by taste, but over-priced. Service seemed slow, even early on when most tables occupied, but quite noticeably later in the meal when place more than half empty. Very nice staff and management. Ambience certainly nice, albeit a bit noisy, yet to be expected when early on the place was nearly full.

   The best experience in years. The entire hotel staff were smiles and welcoming. Our wait person Michael was a delight. We laughed together over the menu misspellings to our shared college restaurant work experience. Foodies talk about food and take pictures. Our ideal is being relaxed, good company that includes staff, and great food.

   Empty when we came at 6:30- red flag. Service was friendly and no problems. The food- DRY. Start to finish. Kale salad dry enough to be rabbit food. Chicken- DRY. A perfect piece of fish- DRY. All hotels overcharge, but this level of no- love cooking was pathetic. Avoid at all costs.

   My friend’s bluefin tuna salad was so saturated with dressing that the greens were limp and undesirable. We eventually flagged someone down and the salad was remade without the dressing. I had the crab cake BLT, which was flavorless, and the bacon was tough. I was very disappointed as the Mediterranean room used to be a favorite of mine! What happened? I know you can do better

   Today only sitting customers in the stuffy enclosed dining room, no lovely Ocean Patio as requested or wanted. Food quality good, but food made wrong or oddly. My wife’s veggie omelette filled only with mega BROCCOLI & my berries with our shared fruit/berry plate never brought with berries, server eventually found & reminded. The strawberries in the berry bowl sadly were brought in a fluid sugar sauce, the kind that goes well with waffles or desserts ? Yuck ! Where are the old-fashion slides fresh strawberries? Hard to find our server when problems arose, despite only 4 or so other tables full while there. Hotel experience.

    Great food and great customer service. Always like coming to enjoy the food ,ocean and overall history of the hotel and city.
