Service was great but the first 3 items we wanted to order were out. The 4th option came undercooked. I felt like we settled for a dinner that we didn't want. No swordfish, No Rockfish, no New York strip..
Austin was awesome! The food was a little cool when it was delivered but tasted good. Thank you!
We went on a crowded Saturday night where the wait would’ve been 1-2 hours without reservations. However, with our Open Table reservations, we were seated in a private booth within 5 minutes! The food and service were both excellent and we will definitely be back!
Very good service. The food though was over cooked. Vegetables burnt, steak was medium when I had asked for medium rare, lobster tail was overcooked and dry. Caesar Salad was good though. It was a disappointing meal. The server tried hard and did well.
We go here every year while at NAMM but I think the streak stops. When we were seated we discovered the water glasses and appetizer plates were all filthy. We ordered an appetizer and the main course a few minutes late. Everything came at once. My pasta was underdone. Too many other nearby options for this kind of experience for that price.
Great food, friendly service, easy access to the convention center. We'll be back!
In one word, SLOW. This is not the first time we’ve had vey slow service at this restaurant. Food was ok
Everything was great except when I got home I noticed that I was overcharged $8.75 when they charged me for 3 drinks instead of 2 drinks
Service was terrible! It took 2 hours to get our food. It had clearly been sitting under the lamp for at least 45 minutes, but we were told by the manager the food had just come out. Honestly. Food was cold and tasteless. Lobster mash looked like it came out of a can and was microwaved. Prior to that, we were missing a table setting and had to share a knife to eat the appetizer. The appetizer plates were never cleared. Our waitress literally disappeared for an hour and no one checked on the table, so we couldn’t get any assistance for the table setting or drinks. Although we were given a free dessert, the response wasn’t really sincere. I’ve never experienced such poor service and food quality at a M&S, and would never go back to this location, especially for the price ($300).
Great place and awesome food .
Service, food, ambiance staff, all top notch. Recommended appetizer was fabulous. One id the best meals I've ever eaten. We're already talking about our next dinner there!
The setting was lovely, even near Disneyland, the food delicious and kindness extended to us as we celebrated our anniversary. Thank you!
Restaurant was either over booked for staffing or were ignoring reservations verse walk ins. Wait was 45 mins past reservation and we ended eating in the bar.
Picture an overpriced 3 star hotel restaurant and that’s this place.
We really enjoyed our dinner.
My friend and I decided to go to M&S for New Year’s eve. I made a reservation at for 8 pm, it took 20 minutes for us to sit, however I realize it was busy being new year’s eve. Our server was amazing and the food was delicious. My only critic were the drinks, they were to heavy on the alcohol and couldn’t taste much else. I ordered a raspberry mule and didn’t even get half way, it was very strong. Other than that it was a fun night.
Made a reservation and was told they were running behind. I was there 20 minutes before my reservation and was told we could sit in the bar, we did for 45 minutes and no one called us and I did remind the manager we were in the bar and then I proceeded to ask if we are getting seated soon, the manager stated said she looked for us and called us. A big lie we missed our reservation and we were sitting like 30 feet away from her. Just don’t be a liar, if you are un organized.
Dined here on 12/31/19 at 6:00. Had made reservations for my wife and I the day before and was surprised that we were able to get a table. When we did arrive at the scheduled time, it took a little while to get seated at our table. But since it was NYE, it was very understandable. Service was top notch and the food was very tasty. Get the lobster mashed potatoes, they're to die for! Should I find my way to Anaheim, CA in the future, I will make a return to dine here again!!
I went back again 3 days later and it was just as good.
All was great!
Terrible service. Waited over an hour and half for our food. Serviced was inattentive had to beg for water and bread literally - grabbed the check rudely out of my husbands had after he paid vs just leaving on the table. Told the manager Erin there was no accountability and no concern. Didn’t come to our table ask about anything nor did she offer anything when she was advised that we were celebrating a birthday. We have gift cards to this place that I’ll be regifting. I will never go back and I will not refer others.
Service great and food was delicious .
It was a rainy Christmas night, our server was WONDERFUL and offered to secure our umbrellas so that they would have more space to move around and not make the umbrellas a tripping hazard.
After dinner, the rain was pounding still. Great dinner & table service, we have umbrellas to use.
The restaurant GAVE OUR BELONGINGS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER and was not attentive enough nor concerned about our lost property...but just wanted us out so they can close up...disappointing.
My husband and I had reservations for Christmas night at 8pm. We arrived at 7:45 and although the restaurant was crowded we saw a table in the bar and opted to sit there for a drink and to dine there. The service was quick, my cherry Moscow mule was delicious and our appetizer of Shrimp kisses was amazing. For dinner, I opted for the filet and 2 lobster tails with the Brussels sprout and potato side, while my husband had the mixed seafood grill. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. We highly recommend this steakhouse and we will definitely be back.
Excellent food and service for a busy Christmas day dinner. Parking very convenient next door and the restaurant will validate.
Staff was very friendly and our waitress, Lisa, was awesome. Rate this restaurant A+. Will be going back next Christmas.
Once again we were made to wait over 20 minutes for a reservation. And, once again we had a dispute over which type of table we had reserved. We had reserved and confirmed multiple times over that we would have a booth with the drone.
Our waitress didn’t exceptionally poor job of service. Numerous timesMy guess we’re left with glasses and nothing to bring and we had to ask repeatedly for bread and other minor of minutes. The wait for the food was very lengthy and overall left a less than pleasurable feeling about our meal there.
Overall wonderful experience and I would go back there again. Everyone in my party said they had great food and service.
Had reservations for my birthday on Christmas Day at 230 was not seated until 310 and the hostess was extremely rude. Finally got seated waited for a long time for the menus. Grilled chesse for my son was not even melted. The only thing that saved the day was the Waitress she was wonderful. Very disappointed, I usually love everything about this restaurant.
Everything was great!
Food and service was perfect - no wait for the reserved table. Food was properly paced. Server was attentive and available when needed. Food was great as usual. Richard, the usual manager, was not on site but his replacement ran the place as it should be.
The experience was as it should be - no stress - relaxed - it was the right place to be on Christmas Eve.
I even hate to give such a bad review bc the staff was so great , but our food was abominable! It was my daughters bday we ordered 2 6 oz filets ... medium plus bc we know steaks are always under cooked . They were rare at best , we sent them back and they put our steaks back on for a short time and they still came back rare ... manager was helpful ... said she will re do the steaks and they came back like hockey pucks... the food was awful , but the waiter and manager were great ! It’s sad that they have to make up for the kitchen ... not their fault but the kitchen has no idea what they are doing and no idea how to cook a steak ....I do not recommend! Not worth the price !
heart of romaine Cesar salad was precut regular romaine from a bag and store bought dressing sloppily drooped on top.
45 mins from time of order to food.
Every single time we needed something we had to flag our waitress down.
She came one time to fill a tea glass that had sat empty for quite some time.
We even had to ask for bread after 30 mins.
I had a pleasant and competent server. Food was good too.
Our food was excellent; our server was friendly, charming, and accommodating.
Have eaten at their restaurants in Miami and Boston and always good food. This one was out of Cobia dish and dolphin substitute was overdone, other entree was shrimp and salmon plate, salmon dried out, inedible, and shripm overcooked! Offer if dessert was not adequate and didn't take/want. Very disappointed that all the fish was overcooked!
My wife and I were celebrating our 30th Anniversary and wanted to try something special. Being a Tuesday night, it was busier than we thought, but quiet in our curtained booth which was a nice touch. Food was delicious. You get what you pay for. Our server was fantastic! Gah, wish I could remember her name! She was attentive, always smiling, had good suggestions, and very helpful! Heard us talking about our anniversary and comped us a dessert. May be cliche, but still very much appreciated! Only real room for improvement would be a better selection of specialty martinis with vodka, my wife's favorite.
Everything was excellent! And the timing was spot on. The overall experience was an hour and fifteen minutes. Perfect.
This was our first time spending Thanksgiving at a restaurant so I was a little hesitant but our waitress and the food supersede our expectations.
Food was okay. Service was very slow. It took us almost 1 hour just to get our drinks and appetizers. We had to ask for bread and was only brought 1 basket for a table of 10 people.
We came to celebrate Thanksgiving. The food was excellent, as always, and staff courteous. Due to the holiday, it was especially noisy and crowded, which I understand. However, our tiny table was set in the middle of the room and, I’m sure, not a place that a table would usually be. This was disappointing since I made a reservation and there were many walk in guests waiting for tables; I felt this table should have been for walk-ins and not a reservation made two weeks ahead. This was my only complaint. I really like this restaurant!
