   We were hoping to be blown away, and the food and steaks were very good obviously. But the noise level was crazy. And on top of that, they were playing unnecessary music pretty loud. The atmosphere is not relaxing at all. Hate to say it, but we won’t be going back. There are plenty of other high-end restaurants with more atmosphere to choose from.

   A great experience but very disappointed in the end. We asked for our meals to be packed to-go but we were given the wrong bag. Instead of leaving with our three sides that we paid for, we accidentally left with a half eaten butter cake. We paid for our sides only to not be able to take them hone due to employee error.

   I went to Mastro’s Steakhouse for my birthday dinner, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The steaks were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier steakhouse. The lobster mashed potatoes were out of this world—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. We received excellent service throughout the night, especially from Brandon, who went above and beyond to make the evening special. The rest of the staff was equally attentive and professional. Mastro’s made my birthday dinner a truly memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back

   This Mastro’s location has lost a step in the dining experience. There is a lot more competition these days that takes away the mystique for Mastro’s. Hiring mediocre support staff who make an average to below average “effort” prevents me from returning. Our head waiter did not meet Mastro’s bar.

   Mastro's was a great choice for a surprise birthday dinner. We reserved the Mastro room, which was private with a view of the kitchen. The food and service was amazing. The custom menu was an added special touch. In addition, they were flexible with the start time due to decor setup. Overall, just a great experience. I would definitely recommend.
