Our server, David, was the highlight but the food was outstanding.
Absolutely terrible the waiter split roasting hot Mac and cheese all down my friends back and left a terrible burn on his neck and down his back when the manger finally come over to us ( the manger ) he had a very bad attitude and never handled the situation well at all
The experience and quality of food was overall great. The tables are way too close together, espicially after Covid's impact. It seems like they are trying to make up for lost money, but this negatively effects the diig experience. I had to turn sideways to leave between both sides of the table and I could touch the table next to me without extending my arm fully. The server kept removing his mask to talk and he was spitting everywhere. UGH

Dinner at Mastro’s Steakhouse turned out incredibly delicious. Definitely returning after our first experience.
Waiter and wait staff were great. Steak was overcooked and chewy. All else was unimpressive. I’ve been to Mastro’s many times and this was disappointing.
My party of 8 had a great time celebrating my sister turning 35. Our server Amari was amazing and very knowledgeable on the menu. He was able to answer each question in detail while also offering suggestions. Food was great and when the kitchen messed up he made sure to fix it right away. Overall the ambiance was great and we had a great time. Thank you.
We slow danced to live music at Bar level second floor. Had an amazing steak, with a Daou Wine. Wonderful night we will not forget. Making memories with Mastro’s.
Went for my birthday dinner last night and had an amazing time . Thank you for the special service, food was amazing and everyone was very pleasant
Shockingly expensive for pedestrian food. The halibut was overcooked and dry. Nearly $50 and all you get is a little tub of tartar sauce out of a jar? The steaks were fine but not nearly worth the price. The sides were not noteworthy. Even the fries seemed like a frozen product and nothing to dip them in. We spent $600 and feel duped. Never again.

Everything was perfect! We celebrated our anniversary. Every staff was helpful and accommodating. I’m 6 months pregnant and they made me a delicious virgin mojito!!
General experience was bad. Was not seated at reservation time, seating felt claustrophobic and the ambiance is so loud. You could hear 3-4 conversations going all at the same time. Steak was underdone (tough and chewy) and in general just not a great value experience even knowing it's a steakhouse.
Fantastic meal and Jose provided exquisite service.
Steak was good, everything else was just mediocre. The ambiance upstairs is much better than downstairs.

Great food, great music and great service. It was a bit crowded and we also requested to sit outdoors, but were seated inside. Other than that, it was great.
Molly our waiter was amazing. Very good service from her. Food was great. Seating is pretty crammed. Upstairs is very noisy. Overall great service and food.

Beverly Hills location is like being in a sardine can. They try to sit people on top of each-other. Menu and server are amazing but total cost of meal may not be worth it at this location. I will probably not revisit this location anytime soon.
It’s was a great experience..First time eating there…I must say…Very elegant, nice setting…We’ll definitely be going back!!!!!
This is one of my favorite places to have dinner, but the crab legs seemed a little dried out, the lobster mac had wayyyyy too much cheese and filets we ordered just wasn’t impressive. They seemed dry. Best part was the butter cake and our server!

I have dined at Mastro's Steakhouse before (another location in California) and was quite disappointed about the visit to the Beverly Hills location. The noise level was way too loud and the tables were too close together. Our table was right next to the "hallway" to the restrooms and where most of the foodservice took place, which made it hard to have a conversation with my family. Trays being carried over my head, being bumped in to by wait staff. No social distancing at all which made me and my family very concerned. I could literally touch the person sitting at the next table.
My server was wonderful and everyone else, as well. Nice first experience at Mastro's

We were looking for somewhere nice to dine for our last night in LA. The food was great and the servers were so attentive. The portions were plenty. I would go back again!

We were craving the rack of lamb but they removed them from their menu. Other then that, the ribeye was amazing!
Service was very good- the waitstaff, busters and runners were totally on point and excellent- Which doesn't seem to be too common lately~ Glad they are back on board..Zero complaints for that!
The 2nd floor was complete loud chaos though~ we were initially about to be seated, kind of shoved into the corner and had to seemingly attempt to shoehorn in, then stopped because there was A CHILD sleeping on the banquette seat that did not want to move. Awkward and tacky much? If you cant afford a sitter, don't go out...It was really uncomfortable.We moved, thankfully.
We felt like we were eating in a place somewhere between Las Vegas and a Carnival cruise. Many loud, sloppy looking people dining. We thought there was some sort of dress code and even conduct to go by, which very few diners adhered to. To pay nearly $400 for dinner and drinks for 3 people and be in this setting was a huge bummer. I guess not totally the restaurants fault, but we will likely not return because of it. Again, applause for the excellent service, but the crowd and ambiance was a death knell.
Service was so personable and amazing. The food quality and presentation were exquisite! Valet service was friendly and prompt with a reasonable $15 fee. Will definitely return next time I am in town!
I came to Mastros about 3 weeks ago, after that I tried other restaurants and then decided to go back because it is definitely the best steakhouse in LA. You do pay for what you get (excellent food + the best service). The lobster mashed potatoes is a must.
