Amazing night! Gary did a great job of letting us know the specials of the evening. Wagyu filet was a great choice! Started with one of the drinks that mimicked an old-fashioned. The proceeds go to a charity for children of employees of Mastro's. Everything was excellent, from the heaping seafood tower to our delectable desserts and personalized menu. Thanks so much!

I had to wait a significant amount of time prior to seating because I had an infant with me. It was difficult for them to accommodate the stroller at first. It was 30-45min after my reservation time. I wore heels so this wasn’t fun. However, everyone was very kind and the food was pretty good. I believe the Scottsdale location is better sorry guys:) I did love the ambiance and the singer rocked. My daughters had a great time.

Food is always really good. The piano music was terrible. The artist took mor breaks than played. I remember much better. She was eating on the piano while we faced her and watched.

Went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was our first time in the Beverly Hills location. It’s small but beautiful and everyone was friendly. Excellent service. The food was good just beware of the truffle butter (used as a topping for the steak) it was super salty. Not great.

Food was way too salty. Scalloped potatoes weren’t done right. Brussel sprouts were basic. We had to return one of the steaks and the second one they brought as a replacement also tasted weird. Really disappointed since we had an incredible experience at the Malibu location before

The food was AMAZING but our server was very rude until he saw his tip. Almost everyone at the table wanted to order a lobster bisque and when the 4th person asked to add another one on he proceeded to say “that’s a lot of food” and made other comments regarding our order. other than the server being subpar the food was amazing. Will definitely be returning but not interested in having the same server.

Excellent service. Above and beyond. The live music was way too loud for a fine dining experience. Not even sure they even have it since our whole party thought it was recorded music until we left and saw them. Made conversation almost impossible.

I am a mastros veteran. The experience at BH last night was subpar. The server was not attentive nor interested in providing a fine dinning experience. This has never happened at Mastros. The steaks were not the usual quality and honestly bad. The halibut was dry and sides not fresh. I can only think that its was Sunday night and we had the seconf string. The music was horrible and loud. My family is a great supporter of live music but that was pretty bad and too loud. Don't think we will return.

I absolutely love Mastro's, but to be honest, I am not sure what happened the past 3-4 visits. Everything was great but there seem to be some mix-ups with our meals. Don't get me wrong, the customer service is absolutely outstanding, and they do everything they can to make the wrong right again. But it is getting a little bit frustrating to have the same issues this many times in a row. Usually, the wait & kitchen staff is very on-point with getting the orders down and out to the guests correctly, especially major details such as how the steak will be prepared. When you go to a steakhouse and the steak is not near-perfect, it is quite disappointing, especially at Mastro's. Nonetheless, it was still a great experience, and all of the food was fantastic, despite some mix-ups. I will still continue to come back to this location because the food is outstanding, and overall they understand how to treat customers and acknowledge their errors if they do happen. Shoutout to the valet staff and doormen, always extremely polite and welcoming.

Our server was fantastic and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and took care of a special food request. Steak was not prepared as ordered. Came out way too rare. Sides, salad and dessert were fantastic.

My Porterhouse was cooked perfectly however I can't say the same for my waiter/staff. My main complaint is that the waiter didn't bring me a steak knife before my steak arrived. If they're coming by to pick up the salad fork, you would think they would bring the steak knife too.

I had reservation yesterday at 8:15 a few problems We asked to sit by balcony when they called they said will take care of it we got you obviously 5 hours ahead to confirm shouldn’t be a problem to get what I asked for respectfully they sit is on a corner by stairs very uncomfortable and no vibe and tight. Next, We ordered “JAPANESE A5 WAGYU Miyazaki Prefecture New York 12oz” prepped medium, Get the food about 25 min later, time wasn’t the problem we order waygu everywhere we go it was Rare inside well done cooked outside still gave it a bite and the meat was pretty much below temperature not even warm assuming that specific chief didn’t know how to cook waygu because it was not even worth eating a whole price cut I ate a small piece my girlfriend as well we looked at each-other like what’s this. Waiter comes and we let him know he cleans the table offers to change the order we went to a ribeye and filet and they took all the sides and brought us everything fresh another 20 min later between that time manager came to apologize and said there rushing order great thank you Food was way better ribeye tasted better then the waygu which should never happen. Bill came we didn’t expect a a discount but then the waiter said we “comped this” I’m assuming took a drink off at least but what he meant was comped what he took back well of course I didn’t eat it nor like it I know that but why mention comp if nothing was really taken care of. So over all experience was 2/5 due to all the stuff I had to go through.
